Now negotiation is a whole different ball game. But as far as Player Talent age and our Friggin humongous need for a quality Guard him not in the picture is just outright absurd.

Whoa, Turner is #33 rated guard?? Not pro bowl numbers
not sure that's a good benchmark to go on
Make that part of the trade... Miami has a window to get him to agree to an extension... maybe we add a third year to his deal and chuck him a couple extra million
He is set to make 8, and 11 million the next two years... So rework it... add a third year and increase the amounts so he averages 11 million a year.... Still a bargain for a player of his ilk.... On the market he would command 15 million I think.
Turner gets to feel wanted.. .He gets paid... We get a force inside.
And if it turns out we beat Carolina down to a third and a 4th.... so be it. 26 year old offensive linemen at their peak playing close to an elite level are not easy to find.
