Based on other QBs with similar stats that have gotten huge next contracts, absolutely. It doesn't matter what any fan thinks, it only matters what players with similar performances have gotten paid recently. Herbert, Goff, and Lawrence set the current market. Tua will get paid similarly to them because his performance has been similar to them and they got what they got.

I actually thought he was talking about Tyreek, not Tua.

I definitely think Tua should've already gotten his deal.

My bad, I was following the posts immediately before his that were talking about Tyreek, not Tua. I didn't realize he was talking about Tua.

Tua should've already gotten his deal. It's Tyreek I am not ready to pay.

Right. How could I miss a single reference that supports other posts not labeled as speculation in a 118 page thread. I'm clearly the problem here.

Tua's contract isn't done because he stepped on a sidewalk crack in third grade. I mentioned this might be speculation in post 438 on page 63 so, it's ok.

There is an unwritten Rule that if other teams over pay for their QB the Dolphins must do the same?
Maybe thinking outside the box and doing something different from other teams, could actually help the Dolphins.

Aw nuts. Now comment makes no sense. But yeah, can’t pay Tyreek right now, unless it’s a minor tweak to his deal that placates him without causing any real cap issues.

I don't see how fielding a third tier QB could "help" the Dolphins, but whatever.

They are getting exactly what they came here to do.. get attention and clog up the board with the same narrative, and folks keep giving it to them.

Once a post indicts its owner move on.

See, I missed that post. When someone makes that type of statement it would be great if it became a part of their signature permanently, it would save a lot of time.
