Tyreek to the Raiders and trade down from 13 to 22

We traded the 15th pick in 2022 to move up for Waddle too, which the Eagles flipped into more trading to the Texans, so Waddle net cost two 1st round picks.

Traded almost an entire draft for Tyreek.

Spent a 4th rounder on Ezukanma in 2022 too.

That’s all within the last 4 drafts 😂

Waddle actually was actually free and netted Miami a 1st. They traded from 3 to 12 that year and got 2 additional 1st in return in the next two years as well as a 3rd rounder, then sent 12 and their 1st in 2022 to trade up and select waddle. They kept the 2 first in 2022 and 2023 from SF.

Miami then used one of 1st from San Fran and traded it as the main pick in the tyreek trade.

If you’re being technical on net cost the trade back from 3 to 12 got them Waddle and roughly half of tyreek trade if we go by nfl draft trade chart value. Although not as clean since we mixed our picks with SF picks during the trades.

you know I havn't looked at Graham, how close is he to aaron donald coming out, cause if he's not on that level I would take Jeanty.

Yeah, Graham is not in the same stratosphere as a NFL Top 5 all-time DT.

But he's really good.

I don't see it with Jeanty the way most clamor about him, i do think he's very good, but...I don't think he's the top back in draft, and I think he's going to have a shock with the speed of defensive talent in the NFL.

Personally I have Hampton, Harvey, Kaleb Johnson, and possibly Henderson/Giddens above him for more successful pro careers.

Yes I've read scouting reports claiming Jeanty as best prospect in years but so we're guys like Chris Perry, Ron Dayne, Rashaan Salaam, Tim Biakabutuka, Sammie Smith, and Curtis Enis to name a few.

He dominated weak opponents. He dominated teams that recruit 1, 2 and at best a few 3 star recruits, for a Boise State team that gets 3, 4 and even a few 5 star recruits and transfers.

He had a phenomenal 25-192-3TD game against Oregon (35th).

*in parenthesis is 2024 team run defense rankings.

The conference teams Jeanty ran all over are not good run defense teams loaded with SEC nor BIG10 talent.

He played Georgia Southern (89th), Portland State (98th), Utah State (127th), Hawaii (46th), San Jose State (61st run stop rate all i could find), UNLV (23rd), Washington (61st), Nevada (113th), Wyoming (111th), Oregon State (107th). Best in season run defense team he faced was UNLV but UNLV's scheduled offensive opponents were not exceptional by any means, proved by his 34-209-3TD game.

Verse Penn State (8th) he was NOT spectacular nor was he anything like Barry Sanders...it took 30 carries for 104 yards which is barely over 3 ypc. And the team was beat down by 17 in a bowl game.

I've heard he's a great guy from a patriotic family which is great. But imho, he's sorely overrated and over hyped, beating on teams that can't compete verse top teams.

Yes, Boise State competed verse both PSU and Oregon, but they also have superior talent across the board that teams in the Mountain West conference simply do not possess.

Personally I hope he does well in the pro's and has a good career, and surpasses my suspicions of him.... but I just don't believe he will, nor will he ever be compared to Barry Sanders again.

I didn’t think he would be but to me Jeanty has a good shot at the title and that’s why I would take him over anyone not named Abdul carter and ward

I get it.

I mean, if he falls to 13 and Miami picks him, I will sleep soundly.

I see it with Jeanty. He's REALLY good, regardless of competition.

That said, i based RB value on talent + draft slot. I would much rather take Henderson Day 2 than spend a R1 pick on Jeanty and Hampton, eventhough i think those guys are studs. You only take a RB R1 if you think that's the missing piece to get you to the next level AND the guys is elite....CMAC, Saquon, etc. The Panthers and Giants didn't improve one bit with those guys bc bad rosters are still bad roster. SF and Philly were elevated to SB teams with those guys bc they complimented good rosters.

I've been gun shy of RBs in the first since Sammie Smith.....

You made it look like it actually happened. I want my freaking money back. No one from any nfl team is going look through an NFL board and hook up to Joe Schmo's trade idea.

To much money involved thanks to a crappy fins staff and to much trouble making from an inconsistent, aging, locker room cancer. FUG Hill, fug the finz brass and owner. They killed a promising team.

They set us back more years. Hope Trump has a special harsh tariff just for the fins to crash this nonsense pretender team so a real owner can bargain buy and steer us in another direction.

So I looked up Tyreke Hill traded on Google.

Saw a tweet that he was traded to Philly for a 4th and 6th rounder. Anyone else see this?

Edit- nevermind. Also saw breaking tweet that he was traded to KC for 31.

Gosh these trolls suck lol

Pretty Ricky just tweeted out that the Dolphins are trading away an “All Pro” which caused all hell to break loose.

By my count that has to be Tyreek Hill, Ramsey, or……. Jason Sanders 😃

Edit:

Lol, twitters off the chain.

Grier is a beast. Apparently breaking news has him trading Hill to 5 diferrent teams.

So far Grier has managed to get picks 22 and 31, Dallas's 3rd and 6th, Eagles 4th and 6th, Raiders 37...... Man, get it done Grier. Best trade ever lol
