11. Luke Stocker TE Tennessee 6'5" 252lbs.
The season did not turn out the way Stocker and many analysts had anticipated, but I think it was more of the offense not giving Stocker opportunities than his athletic ability. Possessing surprising speed(4.78/40) and agility for his size, he has been compared to former UT and current Dallas TE Jason Witten. Although 2010 was not the season he had hoped for, Stocker completed the regular with 34recs. for 359yds. and a TD combined with a 2009 season where he had 29recs. for 389yds. and five TDs and you have a pretty good resume. Over that 2yr. span he averaged 12yds a rec.

12. Ron Parker SS Newberry 6'1" 210lbs.
Parker was named a Little All-American(given to players below the FBS and FCS).
Parker, who was the 2009 South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Year, led the conference in interceptions and fumble recoveries while making 59 tackles in his senior season. Parker finished the regular season ranked 14th nationally in interceptions with 0.56 per game, and was one of fewer than 20 players at all levels of collegiate football to record eight takeaways this season, snagging five interceptions and recovering three fumbles. He had a career-best 16 tackles at Mars Hill and had a defensive takeaway in six of his nine games played, including two straight games with two takeaways and three straight games with a fumble recovery, including a 72-yard fumble return for a touchdown against Catawba.

13. Matt Reynolds OT BYU 6'6" 329lbs.
Probably is a guy that is known to the NFL community, but not to the general public. He is a Jr., so he may not come out.
Skinny: It’s close to a consensus in the scouting community that Matt Reynolds is the top junior offensive lineman heading into the 2010 college season. In fact, many believe the left tackle could be the first big ugly off the board in the 2011 NFL Draft should the Cougar decide to declare. Much ballyhooed coming out of high school Reynolds chose BYU over Nebraska, California and Oregon among other top programs. He proceeded to redshirt in 2007, following his church mission in Munich, Germany. Upon his return, Reynolds stepped seamlessly into the Cougars lineup at left tackle, where he has started 26 straight games heading into his junior campaign. The first team All-Mountain West performer has been critical to BYU’s explosive attack, particular with his pass protection, which has been stellar even in the most obvious of passing downs. At 6’6” and 329 pounds Reynolds has prototypical size for a left tackle, which shouldn’t come as a big surprise considering his pedigree. His father Lance was also a lineman at BYU before moving on to the NFL and is currently coaching at the Mormon school. This has contributed to the younger Reynolds’ development, as the underclassman is advanced in his blocking technique well beyond his years. The gifted tackle takes good angles to neutralize pass rushers trying to get by him off the edge, he adjusts well to the pass-rusher’s moves and uses his long arms to keep his opponent at bay. He is also blessed with the lateral mobility that allows him to mirror most pass rushers, however he can have trouble when backpedaling against speedier defenders, which is why some believe he may be better suited to play on the right side of the line at the next level. In the running game, Reynolds does an exceptions job of keeping his feet moving once engaged with blockers. The Provo native is also physical and tough as nails; Reynolds fractured his left hands in the pre-season and did not miss a beat as a sophomore.
SCOUT'S TAKE
This Cougar is a mountain of an offensive tackle, standing at 6’6” and approximately 330 pounds; it’s often difficult to make out the defensive lineman lining up against him due to the size of Reynolds’ shadow. The soon-to-be junior out of BYU combines impressive strength, size, attitude, athleticism and punch to maul opposing linemen. Reynolds’ punch might be his best attribute—it’s violent and jarring; when linemen come out of their stances Reynolds’ initial contact is so jarring it can knock them off balance, allowing the left tackle to easily control them. Reynolds also explodes off the snap, ready to do damage in an instant as his hips generate an impressive amount of power. His long arms and big hands allow him to lead when he dances with most defenders; once he engages his opponent, it’s lights out most of the time. That lack of fleetness of foot and his tendency to get sloppy in his footwork make him vulnerable to speed rushers coming from the outside. While his run blocking his ahead of his of pass blocking at this point in time and his footwork needs to be coached up, his potential is enormous. Reynolds could a first round pick should he decide to declare following his junior season.

14. Brandon Fusco C Slippery Rock 6'4" 300lbs.
Brandon Fusco is a guy I hear whispers about as a potentially explosive Blocker: A Mauler with surprising athleticism who gets out to the next level consistently from a Small School, Slippery Rock, who's flying under the radar. He won the the Gene Upshaw award given to the Nations best D-II OL.
Brandon Fusco of Slippery Rock is one of the more interesting small school prospects in this game. Sixty (60) different scouts made their way through the western Pennsylvania school this season to watch Fusco practice. The Miami Dolphins, San Fransisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings were teams that made multiple trips to see the center. –DraftInsider.net

Pros...
Fusco, by his coach’s accounts, is a very hard worker and leader on and off the field. He was invited to three other All-Star games but turned them down to focus solely on the Senior Bowl. He was an All-American this past year and won the Gene Upshaw Award for the best offensive lineman in D-II. He’s larger than most centers, and is also very smart and physical. He also has very solid footwork and his strength seems to be in pass protection.Cons...
He has been playing D-II ball so there are questions about the competition he played against. Also, he just started playing Center in 2007 and is supposed to be a little slow (5.2 40 time).
Projected Pick: Fusco is ranked by most as the top 4th or 5th Center in the draft. I would expect him to go in the 5th or possibly the 6th round.

15. Blake Bolles QB NW Missouri State 6'3" 198lbs.
Finished third in balloting for the Harlan Hill trophy(D-II player of the year). After not being heavily recruited out of HS and only receiving an offer from NWMSU, Bolles is said to be one of the greatest recruiting coups in the schools history.
Bolles is the fourth-most efficient passer in the nation (164.4) and the fourth-most efficient quarterback in Division II history (168.4). He broke Chris Greisen’s program record for career touchdowns two weeks ago against Fort Hays State and needs 24 yards passing Saturday to break Chris Greisen’s career yards mark.
Bolles is 22-2 in his career as a starter and has thrown at least one touchdown pass in all 24 collegiate starts. He’s thrown for 2,612 yards and 21 touchdowns this season and 7,434 yards and 70 touchdowns in his career. With a 67.6 completion percentage, he is the most accurate thrower in program history.

16. Dontay Moch DE/OLB Nevada 6'1" 246lbs.
It was reported that Moch ran a 4.08 and 4.18 forty yard dash at Nevada's Jr. Pro Day. Do not know if I believe it, but it is incredible if it is true. He was the State 100 and 200 meter champion coming out of HS. He is not only fast, but he was the 2009 DOPY in the conference. This year he was selected to the All-WAC First Team by the conference's nine coaches. The knock on Moch is that he is overly reliant on his speed, but can you blame him? He ended the 2010 season with 61 tkls., 9 sks., 1 ff. Moch is the active national leader in tkls. for a loss at 60.5.[FONT=Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]

I like Kentucky's Locke... and Stocker looked good lastnight for Tenn. also..Moch must be on everybody's radar if only for that amazing speed.

18. Kendrick Ellis DT Hampton 6'5" 340lbs.
[FONT=Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]2010 WALTER CAMP FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP SUBDIVISION ALL-AMERICA TEAM: DL Kendrick Ellis, Hampton, Sr., was a First Team All-MEAC selection for the second straight year this season, after who was second on the team in tackles with 94 total tackles (34 solo, 60 assisted), was also second on the team with 15.0 tackles for loss totaling 37 yards and was second on the team with 2.0 sacks on the season. 20. John Moffit OG Wisconsin 6'5" 322lbs.
Versatile, can play Center as well... Good size and reasonably good strength... Good run blocker, with very solid power... Stays low and generally plays with good leverage... Very solid drive blocker... Can get movement and open holes in the running game... Tough, mauler... Can control and steer defender once he locks on... Pulls reasonably well, can get to the second level... Adequate flexibility and body control... Attacks his assignments on the move, will throw his body around... Very solid pass blocker... Sets up reasonably quick... Patient, can sit back in his stance and absorb contact, good anchor... Does a nice job extending his arms and working his hands... Very solid bender... Good short area slide... Can generally get in the way and establish position.

21. Kevin Rutland CB Missouri 6'0" 195lbs.
He is a 2-year starter and team captain. Rutland has every thing you look for in a CB. He is very fluid. He has the hips for the position, very loose, allowing him to run with the WR and sticks to the opponent like glue. He also is fast at 4.38/40. He played on the outside and in the slot. He has excellent range. But the downside is he needs to work on his tackling.

22. Cobrani Mixon ILB Kent State 6'1" 240lbs.
Not just terrific against the run, Mixon managed to be a star in pass coverage with seven broken up passes while showing great quickness to stay with backs on short pass plays. The 6-1, 240-pounder played most of his high school career with a torn ACL, started out at Michigan, transferred, and then suffered a broken foot. With 181 tackles over the previous two years, he’s a special player who doesn’t miss any stops. This year he ended the season with 82 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 11.5 tackles for loss, 2 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries.
