When I read that Sherman was fired I fist pumped...Seriously though I was happy. I hope they get someone that can bring multiple formations and move people around.

Settle down.

When the Well's investigation is released, Ross will put it on Ireland, and poof; problems solved (ie: a big step in correcting the situation).

At least for me. I'm a fan of Philbin and Tannehill (atleast for the common sense of 3-4 yr evaluation along with the progress in yr #2) and a new OC. Defensively we compete with the top teams, and rather top QB's, b/c of Coyle's secondary knowledge. Sure up our DL/LB miscommunications on runs/coverages/stunts (bigger task than simply suggested here) and I believe we are in the playoffs next year.

Patience.

How can you say patience with Philbin when he didn't step in on the offensive playing? Where is his play calling sheet on the side line? It seems like he had total blind faith in Sherman.

It's over stepping a boundary that was appropriately addressed at the appropriate time. Even if Philbin had that thought, think about how that would look to any incoming OC's.

Well it looks like Mike Sherman just got...

Sherminated. YEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!

ECSTATIC!!! I'm a "Cup is Half full guy..." but I think Sherman drank it all before the season!!!

Playcalling was clearly an issue, especially on 3rd or 4th and 1, no guarantee that whoever we bring in is better but you would hope they will be!

It's like putting a band-aid on a severed artery. We have more problems than just replacing our OC will fix. Sherman is rightfully gone, but he shouldn't have been packing his bags alone.

Sherman doomed himself when he proclaimed RT17 was going to be most improved 2nd year QB. Just shut your mouth and do it on the field.

In the end he wasn't even close. 2nd year QB's that improved more.

Luck-won 1st playoff game.
Wilson-greatly improved road record
Foles-big part of why his team made playoffs.

While RT17 did improve, it was no where what these guys did.

Yea the organization has had that numbing affect for a while now lol

My reaction is...That's it?? This move was basically expected. The Dolphins need more than just ousting Sherman, he was not the principle reason for the Meltdown 2013.

Very true, we need to fix the O-line.
