Waanstedt is our biggest weakness!

Actually, Curse words are a way of expressing how you feel. They add intensity to statements where it is needed. It adds to speech, and if someone is too close minded and/or too sheltered to appreciate them that person should not try to inhibit someone else from using them. We do have a freedom of speech.

We all know this but guess what????????????????????????? We are stuck with the guy for the 2004 season. He wins a lot of regular season games and is actually a pretty decent x's and o's guy. I'd love to see wanny hand the entire world a great big ****burger even though I don't think it will happen. We have no choice but to stand behind the guy because complaining on finheaven will not change anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe there was post where the mods have addressed this. As much I like talking Dolphins football I will just quit coming here. This is crazy there is no need to use language like that. To me that is no different than putting porn on here. I mean using curse words is just lack of english and if you have to absolutely use it then a least blot it out. Kids do get on here and check this website. They are fans to that enjoy talking football although they may not know as much as others.
its reality.

When your job is football and you practice nearly everyday, you will have some off practices. If you coach jumps in your face everytime you do, you lose respect for him in that regard, as it's not possible for most players to practice perfect everyday.

It's amazing to me that you think that Wanny jumping in McMike's grill would make him a better coach. Half these players are so immature that they can't handle anythnig other than a pat on the back. They do not live in the real world and most of them do not have the mental toughness you'd think they have.

Wanny will appear to be a much better coach when our players start making the routine plays at their position.
The problem is Wanny never seems to get in anybody's grill and I dont mean in practices I mean during and after games too. When one of his players messes up in a game Gruden has the trademark scowl, Parcells yells at them, but Wanny just pats them on the back and says you'll do better next time. Maybe yelling at a player is only effective if there is a chance you might bench him and we all know that Wanny will never bench a struggling veteran in favor of a young or unproven player. The only time I can remember him doing that is when he benched Thompson for Newson but even then he waited until the tennesee game. And if these players are so immature then thats Wannys fault too cuz he bought them in. And players for Parcells, Belichek, and Gruden seem to be able to take the criticism. Why? Because they get results. I remember one of parcells former players said "I hated him every day except Sundays"
