Given the fact that Marshall, Bess, Hartline, and Gates are all locks to make the team which additional receiver(s) do you think we'll keep if we only go with 5? I think Pruitt is as good as gone, Livas can hopefully be stashed on the practice squad leaving Wallace and Moore. While both are said to be good at special teams which one sticks? I know Wallace seems to be a bigger target but not quite as fast as the smaller, faster Moore. I noticed that Wallace had a very good game against the Falcons then kind of disappeared against the Panthers whereas Moore had a nice catch for chunk yards in traffic while dropping a bomb that may have gone for a touchdown (which may have sealed his fate). Thoughts?

Wallace is more vital on special teams. I am more than certain that he is the gunner on special teams. He also has more upside and has had the better camp. I was under the impression that he was a virtual lock.

Moore blew his chances with that drop. You can't drop a pass like that.

Definitely Wallace. He's very good on Special Teams and he's had a better camp. Hopefully they use his size more in the red zone. I'd say he's a lock to make the team.

I say both teach Moore to return kickoffs and punts bet he can do it too.

Livas better be returning kicks...not sitting on the practice squad.

I as much as anyone wanted to see him do well against the Panthers but it just didn't happen as planned. Unless he takes one to the house in the next two games I'd be willing to bet he is demoted to the practice squad

Wallace has the size and looks the part. But don't be surprised if Moore has the stronger desire. Looking the part as a Brandon Marshall clone will not be enough if Moore has superior production. Who knows, a better prospect from another team might get cut and neither of them get the 5th spot.

I'd hate to lose Moore. I know he dropped that pass but the guy has blazing speed and can get behind the secondary. At the very least keep him on the practice squad and have him work on his hands.

Moore would be more productive on offense. Wallace contributes more on ST. What is more important out of your #5 WR is the question.

Look Moore has speed and this team needs speed plus the time we have in on the guy. Wallace has some attributes from listening that would help if Marshall goes out but this team is in need of speed and Moore has it. You can't coach speed but you can coach talent and routes.

2 things for a #5 WR:

1. Special Teams
2. Upside

Wallace is the better Special Teamer and he clearly has more upside with his frame and talent. I don't believe Moore would be "as" productive as him right now either as a WR. Moore's only chance is as a returner, and he hasn't done returns.
