Wallace sucks

Someone who has all the games absolutely has to go and find every instance where Wallace beats the db and is wide open by 2-3 steps and how many completions are made IN STRIDE. I don't think there is 1 instance this year but know there were at least 6+ opportunities.

he sucks...does nothing to help out his qb. I'd love someone to dispute this with a real answer not blaming tannehill for missing him deep. The deep pass isn't the only play in football. Wallace sucks.

I like tannehill but that wallace bomb throw is a thorn.. and it bothers both of them so much its horrible. Easily left 600+ yards and 6+ TDs on the field this year, and im pretty sure its more than that.

Wallace is NOT a playmaker. Its just the way it is. Get the ball in his hands...he goes down on first contact. Playmakers make plays, Wallace does not. He needs Tannehill to throw a perfect ball or hes worthless. The deep pass is not the only play that scores touchdowns. Wallace is not a good wide receiver...he runs fast tho.

who said i was talking about todays game? im talking about him based on this season as a whole. Hes not a good wide receiver. He doesnt catch it with his hands. He makes no plays after the catch. You have to hit him with a perfect pass deep for him to make any type of impact in a game. Rishard Matthews is a better receiver. Hes just not as fast.

You're high! Wallace isn't a playmaker? Getting open deep twice a game isn't a playmaker? He's not a big guy so what tackles do you want him to break? He's not physical, everyone knew what he brought to the table and if **** face Mr. franchise could throw a deep ball, you wouldn't say **** about Wallace because he would've had 1400 yards and a dozen scores ATLEAST!!!

Wallace isn't a complete wide receiver. He's pretty much solely a deep threat. He's a specialist. RT hits him on a 3rd of the times he was wide open deep (talking 5 catches) and he'd finish the season with something like 1200 yards and 9 tds. That's pretty darn good to me. Unfortunately, we have the worst deep ball thrower in the NFL.

I'm not sue Wallace can lift his arms above his shoulders. He was interfered with in the endzone but he could try to battle for it, he might of gotten the call.

He doesnt catch with his hands, he doesnt catch the ball at its highest point. In order for him to catch a pass Tannehill has to throw a near perfect pass and it has to hit wallace in the bread basket. He is not a good wide receiver. He is not a playmaker.

Wallace was the 4th best receiver on this team this year behind Hartline, Gibson and Clay. All 3 of those guys are better wide receivers than Wallace. All you fools are obsessed with and are fixated on the deep pass like its the only way Wallace is capable of scoring.

Anyone else have this scene play in their head throughout the season

So Tannehill can be criticized to no end but Wallace is absolved of all blame whatsoever...ahhh i get it. Wallace does nothing to help out his qb. Playmakers make plays when they matter. Why did he not catch the ball in the endzone? Oh yea, thats right he doesnt catch the ball with his hands.

A good coach makes use of his players' strengths. There is no mystery about Wallace's game. The same strengths he had in Pittsburgh are the same strengths he has here. The difference is in Pittsburgh, they knew how to capitalize on those strengths. Our coaches haven't figured out how to do that. But to blame Wallace for being exactly what he's always been makes no sense. He was signed on the basis of what he's already shown he could do, not on his ability to remold himself into something that better fits the offense Sherman and Philbin want to run.

The deep pass is Wallace's bread and butter. You need a qb that can make that throw. RT has got to be the worst deep ball thrower in the NFL. At least once a game, that throw is there and RT has never made it. That seem's almost impossible to do, but RT has managed to accomplish it.

Any competent NFL QB hits a few of those opportunities to Wallace.

We couldve dominated the Jests today with good QB play. We hit that pass to Wallace and we put the Jests in situations where they actually have to throw the ball. They still only scored 20 points despite our offense doing nothing to force their hand.

Tannehill needs to improve on the deep ball big time. But agreed on Wallace. Would it kill him to fight for a ball once in a while?

wallace couldve dove and caught that ball for like a 40 yard gain. Why couldnt he dive?

Wallace is very good WHEN he catches the ball, on the other hand he doesn't do that too often

ok so dont blame tannehill that his #1 wide receiver cant help him out. Wallace couldve dove and caught that ball today instead he sticks out one hand...

and the excuse of being a one trick pony is lame. I see other fast wide receivers catch the ball and gain yards after the catch. Wallace goes down almost instantly. And the thing that pisses me off the most is HE DOESNT CATCH WITH HIS HANDS.

Wallace proved that he could play in Pittsburgh, but sure, lets blame the players who have proven they can play elsewhere who come in and disappoint rather than a coaching staff that seems to get worse play from every member of their squad who has played elsewhere.

If Miami goes up 14-0 in today's game, it is OVER. No chance the Jets could come from behind. Wallace did his job. He burned his man. Wasn't even close. He had 5 yards on the defender.
