We are better Team than Buffalo now and going forward.

The Bills are 11-3.
The Dolphins are 8-6.

The Bills have won 5 straight.
The Dolphins have lost 3 straight.

The Bills control their destiny to the seed.
The Dolphins are fighting just to be in the playoffs.

How many years did the Dolphins keep it close against New England, or even beat New England, during Brady’s reign?

Several times.

We all found out how little those games meant as the Patriots kept going to Super Bowls and the Dolphins did not.

Tua plays and finishes the three games he missed, Miami is probably 11-3 right now.

Miami ties the Bills, they still take 1st place because of the tie breaker.

Miami is the #1 position right now.

All respect to the Bills, they are legitimately the team to beat right now, but let's not act like if both teams were at full strength, the Bills would be the better team.

If both teams meet in the playoffs, because of homefield, you have to favor the Bills, but I would not feel very confident if I was a Bills fan.

Your friend is 100% correct when he said he is a product of the talent around him. The other friend of yours who thinks he is the second coming of Dan Marino is way off base. This is Tua's third season and he's playing well, but I don't see him as a franchise quarterback. There wouldn't be ongoing discussions if he was, and there will be ongoing discussions after the season as well if he doesn't play well. We don't hear any of this chatter when it comes to Burrow or Herbert. With less talent around him, he is a mediocre quarterback.

However, with talent around him, he is a very capable quarterback. Since he is on his rookie contract, we can get away with it for now. The problem is that when it's time for an extension and we pay him like a franchise quarterback, it will be hard to surround him with talent. To put it another way, he doesn't elevate the team, the team elevates him. In his Alabama days, he played on an offense that had at least 80% first-round or second-round draft picks, so he was always surrounded by the best players. Waddle, Williams, Ruggs, Jeudy, Harris, Leatherwood, and Willis were all selected in the first round.

The idea of signing him and letting him develop into the system is fine with me, as long as he isn't paid 40M per year.
Herbert has proven this year that when he has less talent around him he is a mediocre QB and yet you say nobody discusses this? Herbert has been terrible when Allen and Williams are out and has been pedestrian even when they play this year so you might want to rethink that take. Every single elite QB in the NFL has weapons so I'm tired of hearing how Tua only succeeds because he has elite talent with him. It's an absolutely terrible take and people only use it because they have nothing else to use against Tua anymore.

Just a quick example of some of the QB's playing this year:
Mahomes - Has Kelce and Andy Reid calling plays plus had Hill until this year
Rodgers - Lost Adams and suddenly looks terrible
Brady - Looked absolutely awful without Gronk and when he was missing Evans. Godwin may have been hurt as well not sure
Allen - Looked like a bust until he got Diggs and then suddenly was one of the best QB's in the NFL
Herbert - Has Allen and Williams and struggles whenever they are hurt
Burrow - Chase, Higgins and Boyd may be the best trio in all of football
Prescott - Dominant offensive line and running game his entire career and always had a bonafide number 1 in Cooper and now Lamb
Hurts - Dominant offensive line to go along with AJ Brown and Smith
Lawrence - Looked terrible in his first season but give him some weapons and suddenly he's looking like that number 1 pick
Cousins - Jefferson might be the best WR in football and then he has Thielen and Cook
Geno Smith - Metcalf and Lockett to go along with a great running attack
Goff - Has an absolute beast of an offensive line with a variety of weapons and suddenly he's playing well

Really the only two successful QB's this year who don't have weapons are Fields and Jackson and a huge part of their success is because they are great runners as well.

Maybe, just maybe the NFL is a team game and good QB's still need good teammates to put up stats and get wins. Get the **** outta here with that terrible take. Do you think the rest of the QB's listed above are only succesful because of their weapons or do you only apply that to Tua? I just want to know if you are consistent in your analysis or if you have bias against Tua.

You know it’s December when dolphins fans try to convince themselves the team is better than what they showed on the field lol

Allen has the IT factor, Tua not so much
allen has to do so much because your team is deficient...unless he gets hurt playing superman, hes great enough to win it by himself.

So according to you right now because of their winning streak they are better what about when they lost three straight

It was actually 2 straight, but you're right, considering those loses happened with having their starting QB all season...I wonder how great they would have looked of they traveled to San Fran, then LA.

You need to follow your own advice.
That makes zero sense. I'm calling out someone with the absolutely ridiculous opinion that tua is better than Josh Allen. What advice did I give? And if you think tua is better than Josh Allen then I WILL give you some advice.... put down the pipe

Go back & reread your 1st sentence

We all view the world wearing aqua and orange glasses. But those of you taking mushrooms and other hallucinogenics need to sober up. lol

What the game the other night showed was the Dolphins are getting CLOSER to the Bills. They are NOT better than the Bills at this time.

Maybe you should put down the beer, liquor, and check out both Dolphins/Bills game, and try to convince yourself Miami is not already on the Bills level...While having key Injuries.

If there is a path for the Dolphins to the Superbowl with a worse W-L record than the Bill's, your argument is total crap. - LOL
Until the the Dolphins win the Super Bowl, while having a worse W-L record, I'll stand on my opinion. The Bills are better, until they are not.
