We are better Team than Buffalo now and going forward.

So you really think Tua is better than Josh Allen?

I think both right now are equally good in different ways.

Josh has a better Arm, but Tua is more precise, accurate.

Josh is bigger which takes a bit more effort to get him down, but Tua has a quicker release to make it tougher on teams to get to him before delivering the ball.

Josh being taller can get the ball out easier, but Tua having better anticipation allows him to better put the ball in places to help receivers that are in tight coverage still get the ball.

Josh can run well for a man his size, but Tua has a suddenness to him when he takes off that makes defensive players look really bad when trying to get him.

I will say though Tua was a better QB in his 1st two years than Josh's 1st two years. We will see how year 3 compares...Though right now he is higher rated then 5th year Josh.

All valid points and i agree with some of them but if it were up to me. I'd take Allen. I think with him, this year, we are a super bowl team

Maybe you should put down the beer, liquor, and check out both Dolphins/Bills game, and try to convince yourself Miami is not already on the Bills level...While having key Injuries.
As was pointed out on the telecast the other night, Buffalo had key injuries in the first meeting as well. I can't believe we're having this discussion when the Dolphins are in the midst of a 3 game losing streak while Buffalo has won 5 straight and currently has homefield advantage. At this point, we have to have worries the Dolphins figure a way to blow it and miss the playoffs entirely, but I am taking the optimistic approach and think the Dolphins can figure a way to beat GB, NE, and the Jets.

AFC top tier is Buffalo, KC, and Cincinnati. Miami is just below it. Nothing wrong with that. They are on the way up, but not there yet.

The Bills are still a better team, that is reflected in their respective records. The Bills just have more talent and a more experienced coaching staff. That's true at the moment, although it won't necessarily be true in a couple of seasons.

I think I'd rather have Tua than Josh Allen, though. My only concern with Tua is health. I do think he's bad at protecting himself and just doesn't really have the kind of build to be able to play a full 16 game season (I refuse to acknowledge the 17th game) on an annual basis.

It never ceases to amaze me how many threads get started on this forum. We just lost to Buffalo, but somehow we're still the better team despite Buffalo having a better record. Are you aware of what makes Buffalo dangerous? You can't ignore their QB, he's a problem! When other teams play them, their game plan revolves around stopping him and Diggs.

Whenever a team plays us, the discussions revolve around Hill and Waddle's containment! Tua doesn't scare anyone. Just in case this gets taken out of context, I'm not saying we lost because of Tua. In this game, he played well. It was two weeks ago that I saw media and threads saying Tua was better than Justin Herbert. This is despite the fact that when you compare their stats Herberts were better.

Tua is having a terrific season but when you compare the entire body of work over their careers Herbert is better. In any case, we should definitely have a therapy thread after losses since losing causes a lot of delusions here. The argument for the Jets or Patriots would be fine with me, but we all know Buffalo was a top team and we expected them to challenge them. Nevertheless, we can't claim to be the better team when we aren't even the best in our own division.

What team do you root for?

This may be the most nauseating post I've seen in some time.

Everyone else, don't listen to this guy. Continue to be Dolphins fans.

GTFOH.

Allen only has 3857 yards passing and 30 TD's. Allen has 705 yards rushing and 6 rushing TD's. Meanwhile Tua has 3238 yards passing and 24 passing TD's, not to mention another 70 yards rushing. Considering Tua missed 3 games, he would have twice the stats Allen has had he played! Tua is clearly much better.

Tua's arm talent is underrated. He can make the throws and he knows how to manipulate space and position very well, which is just as important.

He might not be able to throw a perfect ball while he's 80 degrees horizontal like Ryan Tannehill, but how often do you really need to do that? Once in your career? yeah.

He has had too many average to bad games this year to think Allen would help us any.

To me during this time in the NFL, a 90 rating is about the average of what type of a game a qb have, Josh had 6 game with a rating of under 90. Tua only had two (Did not count the Bengal game, because Tua is a 2nd half QB, and he did not even play in the 2nd quarter).

There is a reason why Tua's QB rating is more then 10 points higher then Josh.

With the Bills, Josh also had a defense that helped him to win games the Bills could have easily lost. With the Dolphins D, that Bills Defense would not be there to help him.

Twice the stats?

Not really, nowhere as Crucial as with the Dolphins. Just another NFL announcers trying to make it look like the Bills are not just beating Miami because of Miami injuries.

Our secondary is depleted, and our normally top corner is playing nowhere close to the player he normally is, our top RB that was coming on, was not playing, we had a quality player on our d-Line out.

Though no excuse, because as an NFL team, whomever is able to play, they are the players that you have to win with, but buttfumble and the other guy could say both were equally hampered until blue in the face, and it still would not be true.

Well, we will never get to know but it's fun to speculate

We are not better than the Bills. They have beaten Us, Chiefs, Titans, NE 2 times, Jests, Packers and Ravens. The best thing that could happen, IMO, to this team is to advance to playoffs and lose to Bills who go on to win the Big One. The game Saturday was within our reach and we failed. You have to win some games that your not supposed to, even when outplayed. Tua is nice but no way better than Allen. Green Bay first. This team is young enough to be around for a few years but lacks seasoning as does McD, who I expect to grow a lot over the off season. WE could win the Big One but we won't this year.

So if Tua didn't miss 3 games he'd have 7600 yards passing and 1400 yards rushing. This might be the biggest troll job ever or you're 12.

If you say so my man. I can't wait to see Miami make a deep playoff run and NOT be an underdog by more than 3 points for homefield at Buffalo, KC, or Cincinnati - being that the Dolphins are on the same level as them. Of course, how did the Dolphins lose 6 games to not be in position to begin with is another headscratcher, being they are at that level already.

If you were to blindly come onto this website, you'd think the Dolphins have homefield throughout the playoffs and were the team at 11-3 and not 8-6 right now. As fans we are not supposed to be objective, but could we at least avoid reaching the levels of delusional? Geez.
