Well L. Henry got hurt in NFLE and such be fine..but a insurance claim isn't a bad idea until we know for sure that Henry is Okay.

Could be for kick/punt return reasons? Russell is good just very undersized. He's a speed demon though so I'm guessing it's to try out for special teams.

...hes 5'7 and 195 lbs. 4.4 40 and 376lb bench press! He also has a 558 lb power squat! Man! sounds like a little dynamo to me! I'm gonna be pulling for him because it sounds like he can be very elusive.

Pros: An extremely fast RB who play bigger than his size, big play ability, good vision, uses blockers well, sees lanes and cuts quickly, decent blocker considering his size, an excellent KR, had huge senior year at Iowa.

Cons: Has had a limited exposure to the passing game. Had a shoulder injury that cost him most of his freshman year. Really has no weakness other than his very limited size. If he were 3 or 4 inches taller would be a first round possibility.

He's an undrafted free agent. It's not like it is a risk to sign Russell. He could end up being a very good KR who could make the roster.
