Go cry and moan about how important meaningless wins are. I already forgot who the heck we beat except the Jets who suck anyways.

We should have tanked, plain and simple. The Colts did it and they had Peyton Manning returning the following year yet they still stayed on track to get Andrew Luck. Andrew Luck isn't proven yet, but he is still a far better prospect than Flynn, Moore or Tannehill - our only three options left.

Even Robert Griffin III is a far better prospect than either of those three.

Sparano has ****ed up our future big time with his desperate attempt to keep his job.

I said that all along. But the Dolphins always find a way to screw up. What good do those meaningless wins mean now?

The players just did not feel the same way.

Tanking the season would have meant winning just 1 game...I dont know if I could bear another 1-15 season...the only thing I can hope for is that Luck doesnt want to go to the colts, maybe we can trade up to get him

There has already been 3 we should have SFL threats and free agency or the draft are not finished. File it away as a missed opportunity. What else can you do ? I am sure after each lose they with be tons of these post.We should have got Brees instead of Culpepper . We did not. That's life for a Dolfan

The ones who will move on are the ones who like mediocrity. I'm not going to move on, there is rarely a franchise quarterback that is available in free agency - last decade there has been TWO, Peyton Manning right now and Drew Brees. And we struck out on both, drafted John Beck and Chad Henne, both with question marks in their game.

Should have tanked, plain and simple, and if we had a repeat next year, which by the talent it sure looks like there could be a repeat, I don't want people moaning here about needing a win. Even the Lions have figured it out first than us, and I'm pretty sure they don't regret having Stafford who looks like a young Dan Marino.

And you can expect to see plenty more until these assclowns hit on something and finally get this thing turned around. Can't blame anyone for being frustrated, or not having faith in the front office. Seems like every clown that's been brought in to run this team has put on a "stupid cap" and worn it with pride.

i understand the fustration just not the timing. New season , new head coach and OC , tried for Manning , draft new month. I'm just saying give the new coach a chance.

Tanking is only something fans talk about. Real NFL players, even on bad teams, play to win every game. You don't get better by trying to lose and any coach that attempted that would never get another job after they were fired. Now whether we as fans can cheer for losses is another question. This year would have been a great year to have the #1 pick or even #2 pick. But this is something you can't work towards other than a coach playing younger players at the end of the year which is considered acceptable because it can make the team better next year if the team is young and about to rebuild.

You keep saying "new." What feels new about this upcoming season? I didn't want either Manning or Fisher, but the front office did, and they again failed to get the guys they want. We still don't have the QB we need to take us to the next level, our HC may or may not be any good, the ginger is still running the team, etc. Matt Flynn may turn out to be a good QB, but NOBODY should be sold on him with the small body of work. Until I see some results, I will remain frustrated and see them as the same old Dolphins.
