We're In Trouble...

I Agree with this Thread, but.....

there is a different way to say it. First, Nick Saban has done a terrific job assembling the best possible coaching staff, draft, and free agency that we could ever expect.

Secondly, it is very, very obvious that Dave Wannstedt and Rick Spielman ran this franchise into the ground. They did a terrible job and it is more apparent than ever. Saban inherited a mess.

Thirdly, what's wrong with saying we'll lose a lot of games this year. We are a better team than last year and realistically we are not a playoff team, there simply isn't enough talent. If we don't go to the playoffs, it really doesn't matter how many games we win. In fact, losing more games is a good thing in that case.

Bottom line - this team is much improved, Saban has done a terrific job, and we will get better. It will simply take time and if you think this team is going to successful this year, you are probably setting yourself up for disappointment. I would rather be pleasantly surprised myself.

When I think of that phrase I think that any team can beat any other team on any given Sunday. But there is huge difference between possible and likely. Any bad team can take out any good team under the right circumstances. But only good teams can make it to the playoffs and beyond.

I think Saban will be a good coach for you. But at the same time there is a serious lack of talent & depth on your roster. I don't care who is coaching, the players still have to play. Belichick only starting winning games as a head coach once he got Tom Brady in the lineup. Good players make coaches look good. Bad players make coaches look bad.

I've never heard a Dolphins fan ever agree with this sentiment. I have however heard and read dozens of Marino fans express this POV though.

The last thing I would ever want to see was Dan the Marino in another teams UNI. Thankfully Dan was a Dolphins fan at heart not a Dolphins critic at heart!

Oh ya, that would of been a real shame, to see a guy go get his rings, and take his place at the top of the QB rankings, instead of the BS that Montana was better, or Brady. Ya, that would of been a real shame to go to a team, that would of believed in him, and he would of had Chris Carter and Randy Moss, and Robert Smith. That would of been a real shame. You care so much about an icon, but then not what would of defiantely put him on top of the icon chart. Ya right, you are a true fan......

And how do you know you'll be giving 4 times as many slaps when you don't even know what team ya like. Hmmm, lets go the crystal ball again. You mentioned the Jets, then the Bills, who's next?
And remember you came to our site Jrk Off. 99% of us still are going to be rooting for the Fins.
I bet you are a little girl. You got picked last in gym class, and you hide behind the keyboard, because you got no friends. Incoming....... SLAP!

Thats the best you got? LOL, ya, fairweather Phin fan, I dont expect to see another one of your posts after October. Bye Bye!
