What I hope will happen and what I think will happen are two different things.

I would love to see Xanders or Licht as GM (I don't think Gamble is interested), but I fear Ray Farmer will be the choice. Not that I don't like Farmer, just don't like Peterson bringing in "his people" when there are other more viable candidates.

Ben McAdoo will likely be OC and although Lazor was my first choice, I guess I could live with McAdoo. My fear though is that he will do what Philbin wants, as opposed to having some of his own ideas.

Gut feeling is a year from now, we'll be looking for another head coach.

From the sounds of it, our new OC might be Ken O'Keefe. That's the kind of situation in which we have a new head coach in 2015.

Ken has a tremendous NCAA HC record. and he was an OC for 12 years. That's better than McAdoo.

Since when did Ross clean house? He should have, but he foolishly kept Philbin which will have a negative effect on hiring both a GM and OC.

I think the organization is a house made of dung. Now the rains are here and it falls apart. It stinks. It's a complete disaster. If I were Ross I'd just start over in LA.
