If they manage to land Xander and Kubiak I will expect at least marginal improvement
 
I'll reserve my vote until all this plays out. It's easy to say its a disaster at this point because a couple of the guys we talked to have signed somewhere else. But there could be a legit reason as to why that may be (or maybe not). The final hire for both spots probably will tell us that in the end. So when we make those hires, we'll know where our FO really stands.
