What trade value does Matt Moore have

yep b/c w/ good luck any QB can have success! we have seen so many bad QBs help their teams get to conf title games in back to back years(in his first 2 years no less).

Take your teams running game, and Defense away, and Sanchez is still wondering what it feels like to be in a playoff game, let alone two conf title games in back to back years.

Please Please Please for the love of this site stop talking about your back to back title game LOSSES , Sanchez got there with an elite defense and top 5 running game....hmmmm Alex Smith (considered a bust and "bad" QB for the last 7 seasons) made it to a title game (a LOSS) with an elite #1 ranked defense and a great running game, but when he went up against a team with a real QB in a title game he lost, same with Sanchez vs. Peyton and Roethlisberger

We didn't have a top 5 run game in 2010

Smith would have won the NFC title game if his STs didn't give that real QB 2 short fields in the 2nd half and OT.

You don't make it that far in back to back seasons w/ poor QB play.

Let me know the QBs that make it w/ bad defenses and bad running games.

you admit that but you still wont admit if Peyton and the Colts dont sit down they win and eliminate the Jets, and you dont get to obsess over that title game LOSS that season, and huge breaks of a B.S. pass interference call against the Broncos for 50+ yards, a missed tackle against the awful browns in the Overtime, Jason Allen not playing defense in the Texans game literally letting Braylon Edwards run by him, Stafford leaving the game in the last second Lions win, but the way you describe it is like Sanchez dominated each season "leading" them to a 14-2, 13-3 records and he passed for 300+ yards and 3 tds every game and never made a turnover

Giants had statistically the WORST rushing attack in the NFL and their defense was borderline terrible for most of the season

Patriots rarely ever run the ball and statistically had the WORST defense in the NFL

hmmm and they both made the Superbowl....

we'll never know, what we do know is it was a 5 pt game midway through the 3 rd qtr when Indy pulled their starters.

BS PI against den? where the DB grabbed and pulled Holmes facemask and he still almost caught it?

Missed tackle against Browns in OT? we were in FG range either way and had time to get closer.

Did you notice the perfect pass down the sideline by sanchez to Edwards on that play?

He helped us get to 2 title games, that's more important than meaningless fantasy #s.

The Giants were 9-7, the Jets 8-8. The Giants run game was very good in postseason

The pats run it efficiently and Brady is a special case- you aren't comparing Sanchez to Brady, are you?

Sanchez statistically had his best year this year - 78.2 QBR.

In years to come, somebody else will say, 'bad QB's dont get to two consecutive conference games'......and then someone will say, yes they do, Mark Sanchez did!

Matt Moore 2011 Stats: http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/gamelog/_/id/11128/matt-moore

Mark Sanchez 2011 Stats: http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/gamelog/_/id/12482/mark-sanchez ( 3 + more starts than Matt Moore)

Laugh all you want about me thinking they could get a 3rd or 4th, but the Jets gave up their 1st round pick (17th) their 2nd round pick and 3 players to move up and grab that joke of a QB Sanchez. Matt Moore outperformed him with less talent on the field offensively.

we swapped 1st rd picks, we essentially gave up a 2nd rd pick to move up to take our franchise QB. That trdae was a steal.

Who cares about stats? Moore was .500 and so was Sanchez except when Moore had a chance to svae Miami's season he failed and didn't get it going until the season was lost.

being the 5th overall pick i would hope he can throw a pass down the sideline to a WIDE open WR with no DB in range

he did not help you get to the playoffs in 09, he "helped" them win 2 games and helped them lose the Colts game by leading them to ZERO 2nd half points, he was helped in 10 by a load of breaks against terrible teams, "helped" them win 2 games then helped them get down 24-3 in the 1st half, then was able to make it close thanks to the Steelers playing not to lose coverage in the 2nd half

Moore who had no training camp or OTAs with his new team and took no 1st team reps suddnly thrown into the starting role...Sanchez in his 3rd year was given the reins to be a passing team, they realized he couldnt handle it and wanted to go back to ground and pound, hmmm your HC and OC wants to take the ball out of their "franchise QB" hands to run it.....real confidence they showed there....speaking of failure, Sanchez FAILED to beat the opponent QB'd by Moore to give them a shot to go to the playoffs its as simple as that

a wide open WR? he was double covered! watch the play again. He had no timeouts, needed a TD w/ :49 secs left from inside our 30. Not only did he throw a perfect pass btw 2 defenders he followed that up w/ a perfect throw to the back corner of the EZ to win the game.

Yes, we won b/c of Breaks in '10, it's all luck. It's so easy to get 2 back to back title games(the ONLY team to reahc 2 title games in the last 3 years) that any team can do it if they just have luck!

Did Sanchez have OTAs? he had never worked w/ 3 of his top 4 WRs entering the year. Moore came in w/ no presure to win.

If we beat beat Miami in week 17 we would not have gone to the playoffs, do you not understand this? Sanchez did fail this year for the first time in his 3 years career- it happens. The "great" eli manning threw 25 INts a year ago and missed the playoffs each of the last 2 years by choking late.

Who cares about sanchez he peaked out as a Senior in colloge.

Moore is a quality backup or a decent starter..If moore had Half a brain he would be our starting qb.

Keep Moore at a bargain price.

NYJunc, are u as a Jets fan happy with Sanchez?

Ill tell you now, as a Fin, im delighted you have him!

Absolutely, I wasn't happy w/ his play this season but overall after 3 years I couldn't be much happier.
