This is my first post/reply ever to any dolphins site, but I had to comment. The 94 game, back from injury (supposedly his time was done). The whole game was what makes Marino, well Marino.
The new young gun, Bledsoe, trying to show he was the new man in the NFL (both throw for 400 yards), but Marino has the never say die attitude. The touchdown pass on Fourth Down is forever in my mind, but people forget one other HUGE MOMENT. Marino, ran (well its called running to be respectful to the man), but he ran for 10 yards for a first down to keep the drive alive. That is the Marino we all know, he maybe ran for 200 yards his whole career, but when the team needed him to he got the first down with his legs not arm. The bodies around him in the mood it just was classic.
One other throw I have in my mind and am wondering if some one can give me the details (do I have the right team and WR).
I belive there was 7 seconds left, we are down by 4 and its 4th down vs. Falcons, Marino throws a bullet to Fryer or OJ for the win. Does anyone remember this. It was a day game and outside.
