Which QB gives us the best shot to go places?

I still think eli would be the better pick. IF you were to get as close to a sure thing in a draft as anyone in history, I believe he is it. The family history, the fact that he has a better arm than payton, etc. Not saying he IS, but if you want an almost guranteed starter...

However, that's only if we have a choice between the two. We'd have to give up much too much for Eli I think, maybe too much for roth as well.
