Got to go with Saban, even though he was more successful then most, of all the HC, he is the one that did the most damage to the franchise.

With JJ, Miami was successful, with Wanny (like him or hate him) Miami was successful, then came Satan, and the Miami franchise has never been the same since.

So far 2nd place with 26 too.

I choose Satan, but really it was very difficult because every single person on that list could be a choice.

Saban for picking Culpepper over Brees. Wow just think if we had Brees right now, we would actually be in the Playoffs.

Can anyone start a write in campaign for Rick Spielman. AJ Feeley, Lamar Gordon comon!

Clearly, it's gotta be Wanny.

His "leadership" started the downward spiral.

Wayne H is the one who brought in Parcells, who ushered in Sparano and Ireland, and then wasted big money on half ass stadium upgrades and rented the stadium to the Marlins to pay for it. He is responsible for 10 years of ****ty teams.

Wayne H. is the best answer. He became the sole owner in 1993, one year after the Dolphins' last AFC championship appearance and three years after the Dolphins last won 12 games in a season. Since then, the team hasn't finished above 11 wins, hasn't won a playoff game past the wildcard round, and has gone to hell in a hand-basket since 2003.

This team's problems certainly predate Ross. Unfortunate, though, that Ross has no answers and is proving to be just as clueless as Wayne H. when it comes to running the team.

It's hard to believe Wanny is winning the vote. I'm not a big fan, but in four seasons, he led us to a 41-23 regular season tally with all four seasons being winning records, and two playoff berths before he resigned in the fifth season. Clearly his fifth season crash & burn was horrible, but the Tuna-Sparano train was much more of a wreck, IMO.

Without JJ as its genesis, there'd be no slow downward spiral resulting from foisting Wanny on a clueless garbageman - which proved the linchpin for what was worse to come. So it's the Viagra penis fluffer who gets my vote.

Its more about the wanny/spielman drafts that set us back 5 years, not the win loss record.
Passing on Drew Brees for Jamar Fletcher, when we already had Madison and Surtain.
Passing on Anquan Boldin for Eddie Moore. Etc etc.

By 2007, there were only 2 players left on the roster who were drafted in those years. Pathetic.

My initial thought was PARCELLS, but he wasn't listed as an option. Most of the others listed are long gone. So I gotta go with Ireland.

I don't think most owners make much of a difference in a team's success, so I couldn't chose ROSS. Look at Jerry Jones....the Cowboys won 3 Superbowl rings when he became the new owner, but they have sucked since then. Nothing he does makes much difference....you have to have talented players first, as well as quality coaches/management. Maybe the one difference is Jerry Jones is a control freak who runs the Cowboy's draft day war room. I don't think Ross has picked any of our players, but he has kept Ireland around too long.

True, the personnel management was a slow death.
