Who is to blame more, Stephen Ross, Jeff Ireland or Joe Philbin?

So what does Ross do? Fire Philbin, Hickey, Aponte, and the whole lot?

If they all are contributing to the problem, sure.

We've had different people filling a number of the roles since Ross bought the team, but the results have been very similar. So what's the common thread? It's Ross. I wish he would fire himself, to be honest.

NFL starts at the top.

The league issues are due to Goodell - a disaster!

The Dolphin's team problems are due to Ross - a disaster!

He makes bad decisions because: He has no idea in the world what he's doing - and he makes it so much worse by thinking and acting like he does know what he's doing

He is single handed in bringing our franchise to its proverbial knees!

And in the end it will take an entire fan based revolt to free our beloved team from his death grips!

This roster is just based on re-signing players Jeff Ireland accumulated, including players Philbin either did not want or had to move on because of system fit.

IMO the biggest mistake Stephen Ross made was hiring Joe Philbin. The reason I say this is because , we built a power running offensive line, with a 3-4 D. With Philbin together with Mike Sherman and Kevin Coyle, we have had to put square pegs in round holes and again revamp the roster. We shifted to a ZBS which required lighter O'lineman. On D we had a 3-4 base with press corners. We shifted to a 4-3 off zone base.

There is a strong opinion that Jeff Ireland wanted Mike McCoy. He was smart enough to keep John Pagano as DC not to create a roster overhaul.

You have to ask, if we had kept Jeff Ireland and hired Mike McCoy together with a 3-4 DC, would we have had more wins. If that is the case who is to blame more, Stephen Ross, Joe Philbin or Jeff Irleand?
