Who would have thought that MArk Sanchz would help lead Miami to a win lol

do you ever see me pumping up Mark or Jet QBs when they put up #s in garbage time? I don't, whether good or bad they are meaningless.

Chip Kelly's offense was supposed to light the NFL on fire. You stated that Sanchez being the QB puts Philly in a better position to win. Despite the defense allowing Jameis Winston to have a career day, Sanchez had no excuse not to win in a shootout. Manning and Brees had a shootout. Sanchez had opportunities to keep pace with Winston and Tampa Bay but couldn't do it.

Fail.

No one has operated Chip's O in the NFL better than sanchez.

sanchez had no excuse not to score 40+ points? seriously?

Foles disagrees with that comment

Last season, with Sanchez at the helm after Nick Foles was injured, the Eagles' offense averaged 2.9 points per drive, the best mark any quarterback has put up in head coach Chip Kelly's offense with the Eagles.

Sanchez went 4-4 in his eight games as a starter, but the schedule had plenty to do with that, as he faced three of the best teams in the NFC in the final month of the season.

was Sanchez facing the same D? did he have a 230+ yd back? that's like saying when Ryan faces Brady- Brady has 4 SBs why can't Ryan win 4 SBs?

He was facing a team that was allowing more than 25.4 ppg which is 7th most in the league. Sanchez is the better QB in Philly you said. No excuses.

he gave Philly a 7-0 lead, then they wer trailing 21-7. he led them to TD to cut it to 7, D allows TD to make it 14. 1st poss of 2nd half D allows TD to make it 21. is it fair to expect him to lead them back from 21 down? the game got out of control from there.

Sanchez is one of the worst QBs in football.

21 pt comebacks are insurmountable? So Tampa Bay goes ahead 35-14 with 5:16 left in 3rd quarter. Game is still in reach. This is Sanchez's first possession of the second half:

Philly gets to the Tampa Bay 49. Sproles no gain, incomplete pass, incomplete pass. They punt. Tampa Bay then kicks a FG on their next possession and they lead 38-14.

Sanchez's 2nd possession of half: Philly gets to the Tampa Bay 48. Incomplete pass. Sanchez is then intercepted. Tampa Bay gets possession, takes some time off the clock, and punts. 9:07 to play still down 24. Sanchez and company can muster only a FG. They trail by 21 with 5:14 left. Onside kick is recovered by Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay then goes 3 and out (Philly called all 3 timeouts on that drive to stop the clock. This tells you they still wanted to try and score).

Philly gets ball at own 15 with 4:21 left, down 21. 8 yard pass to Celek. Sanchez is then picked for a touchdown. Game over.

Philly, like Miami, needs to score more than 17 points to win the game. Sanchez couldn't do it.

In no way am I saying he had a good game, obviously he needs to lead his O to more than 17 especially when his D allows 38 but as poorly as it appears he played he's was down on the list why they got blown out. their D allowed a 5 TD passer and 230+ yd rusher.

Tampa Bay had a fantastic game. They don't play that well the rest of the year. Same as when Miami played Houston. It happens. Yet you keep pointing out that last year Philly averaged like 30 ppg with Sanchez at QB, so it isn't inconceivable to think they could've been in the game yesterday with him at the helm.
