Why is there such a disconnect about how much talent is here?

Dolphins played up to their talent level and go to 8 wins. It takes truly great players, like for example Earl Thomas to hit 9/10/11 wins. Also a quarterback that can hit a defense for easy long touchdowns helps.

Yeah they were an 8 win team and bully-gate probably dropped that down to a 7 win team so they overachieved if anything. Who you want to blame for bully-gate is up for debate but I'm going with the GM.
