Im sorry but when playing against the fcking Jets, yes it does! I mean your a fan of sports for those rival games, and this one has POs implications. If you go on record saying your team is going to lose, Im sorry your not that much of a fan, especially when both teams are close. Its not like saying we`re going to lose to the Pats and Brady here....

Not really sure how you can think that but it's all good. There is a big difference between thinking your team will lose and wanting them to lose. If we were playing Denver this week I would think that we were going to lose. That doesn't mean that I want them to lose or that I am any less of a fan. People lsiten to their heart or their brain or both....but I think it's always smarter to listen to your brain ( at least for football purposes )

Problem is that the dolphins will make geno look like a hall of famer. I hope I am wrong but I think we lose here. We will probably do our famous first half ass kicking, only to have philbin go all sparano on us and go conservative, and we all know how that will end.
I think they want to, but the team doesn't have the horses on the oline to do it. Combine that with a shaky kicker and Shermin's "progressive" play calling..
Hopefully the defense will keep us in the game.

edit: If you CANT get riled up and actually think the Fins might win a game against the very average Jets team, then you're a very casual fan... there happy?

If, deep down, you truly believe they are going to win why wouldn't you put money on it? I believe they can win. I'll be rooting like hell for them to win. Here's the thing, I do have easy access to betting being in Canada and I'm not touching this one even with the Dolphins getting +1.5 Therefore when I say I don't think they'll win I'm just being honest, which is what you seem to have a problem with.
If you prefer though I can lie with the best of them: THE DOLPHINS WILL WIN TOMORROW, I TRULY BELIEVE THAT AS ALL REAL FANS SHOULD!!

I agree with you, I think its silly. As for the game, I'm not as optimistic as you, and I can easily see this team blowing it. But I do HOPE we win, so I'll go back and give you a thumbs up
