Its amazing...I had achilles reconstruction on May 31st this year, I've been walking in a shoe for 1.5 weeks already.

Well walk right on over to the fridge and get me a beer.

This has probably already been mentioned, but Saban would NEVER in a million years let Poole anywhere near a basketball court after the injury he suffered. NEVER. Better chance of it snowing on the equator.

Why don't you say what you really mean... You want a Zima with a packet of koolaid in it.

I just had ACL reconstruction in Dec and I was walking without crutches as logn as I wore my brace locked at 0 degrees. A week and a half after that I was in a neoprene sleeve walking pretty good. I'm a little over 6 months now and I'm running full speed and the knee feels strong. I haven't done much cutting, but about 3 weeks ago I played volleyball in my friend's backyard and it felt pretty good. I'm porbably going to return to flag football and soccer shortly. Oh and for reference, this is my second ACL tear (last one was 12 years ago) and I'm not in the best shape. It's amazing that I'm in FAR worse physical condition than I was 12 yerars ago (was still high school and playing soccer everyday then) and I've had better recovery time this year.

Funny thing was, it was my goal to beat Willis' recovery time and I was one pace to beat him by 1.5 weeks. I just couldn't get to my friend's gym to do the 225lbs squats 10 times. Of course the last step about having Rosen***** getting me drafted in the first round wasn't going to happen. But I had planend to get a shirt that said "I'm what Willis was talking about" with the PT recovery dates that I met on the back. Damn that gym access for the squats screwed it all up :(
