We will get at least two years out of him. Linehan won't be bolting after this season.Muck said:I was thinking about this at halftime. Just who will take over for Linehan when he leaves (and he will leave, as he will be a hot commodity)??
I guess it will be Baggett.

It's common knowledge that you pretty much get one shot at being a head coach in the NFL
If you fail that's it for your career as a head coach or any prospects of becoming a head coach again (in the NFL)
That's a big risk considering how young he is.
I'm sure he's aware of that

Next year may be a little too early for ihm, but I think he is going to make a great coach in this league someday.

Everyone had them pegged to be a superbowl team this year with their improved defense. I have always been a huge Culpepper bashers saying that he lived off of the people around him. I actually hope this continues, he got far too much credit for playing with Chris Carter, Randy Moss, top 3 pass blocking O line, top 5 offensive coordinators.
The reason they look clueless on offense is because Culpepper is used to having 5 seconds in the pocket and at least one man who breaks open because of one on one coverage across the field or a bracket in Moss' direction.

I think he knows he will lose some coaching staff as the phins become successful again and he is already preparing for it.
