For ginn to be good, we'd either need. A.) Healthy C-Pepp or B.) Draft a quaterback... so there is no ginn without a qb i say get a qb.

My favorite picks would be:

1. Jamarcus Russell
2. Brady Quinn
3. Joe Thomas
4. Levi Brown

However, I don't think any of those four guys will be there at 9. The Phins biggest needs are LT and QB. The next need is backup at C and DE because they have zero depth at either spot. If those four are gone that's why I think they will pick Adams or Anderson with the 9th pick.
