Just because of this game and play I voted Carter.. guy singlehandedly screw our season and chances to go to the postseason.




That was the game we needed to win.. then of course on week 17 we went to play the Pats in NE and lost.

Heartbreaking game thanks in part to that terrible drop.

OBJ may have been underwhelming but he didn't cost us a game.

Right. I mean you take chances on veteran players. OBJ was a good gamble IMO, but when things were unraveling in preseason maybe the Dolphins should have pivoted? I don't know the whole story with OBJ, but he didn't seem to be invested. Injury? Taking time off? I guess that's what Hill was talking about. Again, I don't know the details.

Anyway, with Washington coming on, and the way Smith has played at TE, OBJ wasn't really needed.

Both a waste of time in Dolphin unis. Great in their prime but that was the problem, they were both well past their sell by date for us.
