Shula coached himself into games the talent on his teams sometimes did not really belong…

He ALWAYS had class -

While McD is not outmatched on talent he is inexperienced - and it’s shown…he learns from his mistakes tho..

Just not sure he’s there yet…the team must play inspired from opening kickoff - the team seemed flat in many big games…

McD needs to do better w game management - avoid burning 2nd timeouts - prepare to play a mad scramble for the last second win…get challenges correct….

If McD grows up the team could arrive!
