Your move, mr.hickey

haha, the only reason Miami has been relevant at all in the last decade is b/c of a bullying scandal btw grown men.

Because, the jest are known for quality football and not a big mouth coach, Sancheez & his butterfingers, Cromarties paternity issues, harrasing a reporter, a media whore of a FB playing QB, yada yada yada.... Just End The Season

this isn't really an argument you want to be getting into. I will be kind and pretend I didn't see this.

Yup, he really was an awesome receiver before Manning showed up:rolleyes: .....it's a much closer comparison then you think.

he was a 1st and 2nd year player w/ Kyle Orton and tim Tebow as his QBs and in year 2 had 8 TDs which is just 2 less than Hartline has in 4 seasons combined.

Again, I like Hartline. he's a good WR and a very valuable guy but Decker is better.

Don't forget the first ever "Buttfumble6, " the pimping of a female jest employee by the front office on behalf of a dickpic-texting QB, Tripgate, and the embarassment of learning the HC pimps his wife (do you see a trend here?) to well-endowed strangers so long as he can masturbate while massaging their feet? Oh did I mention that same coach having a tat of his wife wearing a buttfumble jersey, laying the F bomb and the middle finger on opposing fans? And then of course there's their most recent Ring of Honoree, Gastineau, with several assaults against strangers and misogynistic harassment and battery over 3 different females including his ex wife (earning him 2 jail sentences) and an arrest for drugs and parephenalia. Between the sexual harassment of the Mexican reporter, the pimping of Jen Starger, the advertising of Michelle Ryan including her cooter in graphic detail, the signing of Goodson (forget his deadbeat debts, there are also battery charges against his GF), the signing and then paying up the in arrears support owed ,$500K, of a hit and run deadbeat CB who can't even recall his kids names, the trading for a WR who PBurgh wanted to get rid of after he threw a glass (not its contents) at a female in a club... and of course their Ring of Honoree, do you see a trend here too? I'd say those make the jest relevant too, in a less than savory way, eh?

Ugh........ sad but true. Haha.

I think the key with Miami in the AFC East race this year is Lazor's offense. If he can improve Tannehill's eyes, decision-making, and reads, and get him in sync with Wallace, Miami can go a long way and really challenge for a coveted wild-card spot.

The Pats defense may have improved slightly with Revis, and the Jets don't have a slouch defense by any means, but with a bolstered O-Line, hopefully a new bruiser RB, and a revamped scheme, the Fins O can stop being 3-and-out machines.

other than "bullygate" which nobody ever would have know if not for a 350lb pu**y, please explain the rest???

Decker Average per year w/ Manning(2 years): 86rec...1176yrds...12tds without(2 years): 25rec 359yrds 4tds

He is a good receiver, but no he is not much better then Hartline. Allow Hartline to play with Manning, and Hartline's numbers become hugely inflated.

Last year with Tannehill running for his life most of the time, Hartline still was able to get his 2nd 1000 yard season.

It's debatable who is better unless both had similar talent around them, what is not debatable is both are very close to being the same talent wise, neither is a true #1, but both are huge factors if you have a good QB and another receiver that defenses have to be aware of.

 taking averages when he barely played as a rookie.

combine Hartline's 4 years worth of TDs to and of Decker's last 3 years. Let me know what you find.

more like leaving QB heaven and going to QB hell

did I bring up Wallace?

 taking averages when he barely played as a rookie.

Wow!!! Really? Strange that he barely played his rookie, considering the inferior Hartline played considerably every years in the league, and his QB was Henne, and QB you think inferior to Mark buttfumble.

I will find that unlike Decker (Who had some top QBs helping him), Hartline did his hard work having Henne, then a rookie Tennehill, and finally a running for his life Tannehill.

did I bring up Wallace?

Only if I can bring up Brandon Lloyd helping Decker.

Listen, we are going to go back and forth, so I will end this by saying you got a good receiver, congrats, but you will need to get a true #1 or he will be worthless.

Edit: Maybe worthless is to large a word to describe what you will get with Decker, but he will not be nearly as effective as you believe unless you have another receiver to protect him from double coverage, and extra help.

Using that logic Ryan tannehill and Geno Smith are better than tom Brady since they started as rookies and Tom did not.

Henne and tannehill are better than Tebow and Orton.

why do we need a true #1? very few teams have one of those guys.

Build the running game and we have a playoff team.

Now you are comparing the receiver position with the QB position....wow!!! OK, 1st the QB position handled differently by each organization, and 2nd, when Tom Brady was a Rookie, he had a former All-pro, superbowl starting QB ahead of him, something neither Tannehill or Smith had to worry about.

The receiver position is handled simply enough, if your ready to start, you will start, while the QB position many teams want their QB to sit and learn, because there is a lot they need to absorb in the NFL as QBs, especially when you have a Star QB in front of you.

Henne and tannehill are better than Tebow and Orton.

Wow, are you now you saying Henne was better then Tebow and Orton? I wonder why you did not think that when he was the Dolphins QB....Hmmm :ponder: Rookie Tannehill, and Tannehil with no O-line is no match for two QBs that had experience and a good O-line to block for them. Orton has a career year with the Broncos...you know that, right? While Tebow ran much more then pass. Teams did not respect the pass when he was the QB....did you know that also?

Because Decker will be taken out of you teams offense with a top corner, or extra help. Continue with your spinning, I'm done.
