My main concern with the playoffs is "Can someone PLEASE knock out New England?!"
 
I think they beat the Bucs this week and maybe one against the Bills. The Broncos defense may cripple Cutler.

I used to be that way. I got smarter. Just bet on the Patriots each week. Even when the Dolphin flame out every other week you can count on the Patriots to win you some money. Makes it palatable...

The times that you spend rooting against them only to see them pull it out in the 4th would be much better if you have a money line bet placed on the Patriots.

well you are right. cutler look like ****. maybe thill17 come back and light it up. I will not say thill17 is best qb in nfl. I would be happy to see him return in 2018. right now he gave us best chance to win or at leased make playoff. or we will have new coach.

Nobody ever said he was the best QB in the NFL.
But it's funny you mention that, because anytime somebody supports or says something positive about him, posters like yourself take it as we're saying he's the best quarterback in the NFL .
 
Really is depressing to see the Dolphins with another wasted year. I understand that it was just bad luck that the starting QB got hurt but that still doesn't take away the sting. It will now be 17 straight seasons that the Dolphins haven't won a playoff game. Kind of sad that I was extremely excited when the team made the playoffs last year since the result was just a drubbing and a first round exit. The Dolphins have only made the playoffs 4 times since 2000. Haven't won a playoff game since 2000. Haven't been to the AFC Championship game since 1992/93. Haven't been to a Suberbowl since 1984/85. Haven't won a Superbowl since 1973/74, before I was even born .

I used to get excited about the NFL playoffs but I really don't care anymore. I have sunken so low that the only thing I have to root for is someone knocking the Patriots or Steelers out. Of course that seems to end in disappointment more often than not. I get to sit here and watch the Patriots, Steelers & Chiefs dominate the Conference once again. Instead of the Dolphins being one of the up and coming teams in the Conference I see the Jaguars & Titans take that next step forward. I see teams like the Rams & Eagles climbing out of the cellar. It is especially tough living near Philadelphia seeing the Eagles and their 2nd year coaching staff having so much success while I watch the Dolphins once again being one of the jokes around the league just a notch above the Browns.

I really would love Gase to be a success. However right now it just is hard to see much hope for the future. I would love for Tannenbaum to turn things around and for Grier to become a top GM. Just doesn't look that way at the moment. The team appears to be so far away from competing it is extremely depressing. All I can do is hope for some miracle that things turn around and the Dolphins do become a dominant force in the league once again. Like they were 40+ years ago before I was even born.

Same old song and dance. High expectations at the start followed by just wanting the season to end. Last year was an aberration though I won't forget how I felt when KC beat Denver to give Miami a playoff berth. That was an awesome night.

One year will be our year. No clue when though.
