2024 Salary Cap Update

$19bn business, they'll take every ducat they can, but she ain't pinning the needle. By the way, what happens when she's winning a Grammy for the "breakup song" and Swifties are burning T. Kelce in effigy and organizing picket lines?
What a hilarious mental image hahahaha

Thank you

Ya’ll are nuts if any of you think Travis Kelce is screwing up this relationship. He’ll be proposing during a game next year.

Their biological clocks are ticking.

Here are some of the salary cap savings we can make just by releasing certain players and the dead money.

Ogbah - $13.7M - $4M

Howard - $18.5M - $7.4M - Post June 1

Baker - $9.8M - $4.9M

White - $3.5M - $1.7M

Wilson - $2.8M - $782K

Riley - $2.5M - $585K

Crossen - $2.9M - $0

Conner - $985K - $0

Bell - $985K - $0

Schwartz - $985K - $0

K.Smith - $985K - $0

Brooks - $914K - $1.3K

Hines - $915K - $0

Sanders - $915K - $0

Hayes - $915K - $0

Vandenberg - $794K - $1.3K

Sexton - $795K - $0

Thats around $45M in salary cap savings with around $12M in dead money excluding the Post June 1 Howard release.

Grier will also likely restructure the contracts of Hill, Ramsey and Chubb to create more salary cap space.

Cedric Wilson is already a free agent and a bunch of those contacts wouldn't factor into the top 51.

Great job putting the list together, still can't get over how much $$ Ogbah has stolen from us...

Edit, you must have meant Jeff Wilson, good looks.

Also remember, for every person you cut, you have to fill with someone else, even if you only pay them league minimum, so that's not your true savings

So if we cut Ogbah for example we still have 9.7 mill in dead money? Am I seeing this correctly? Because if that’s the case I rather just keep the top 3 guys. It’s equivalent to Ogbah playing for 4mil Howard for 7.4 and baker for 4.9 No? I can’t see us doing better than that in FA
