Here's a question for you. Let's say you're running a sales team and your top producer moves out of the country.. you know what you got with the rest of your sales force. To stay profitable for the rest of the year, do you rely on what you already got, hoping it all works out...

Do you make a phone call to a previous top producer you are very familiar with. Someone that you had success with and who knows what you want and can count on not putting you in tough spots..
I'm assuming Gase obviously wanted better results, but you can't fault him for the decision to bring in Cutler..
Food for thought, let's say we brought in a back up to Matt Moore...do you think if/when Moore goes down due to injury (minor or major), his back up could have pulled this win off?
