I would always play in a pick-up game on a field in the UF campus...does that count?

played OLB at Kentucky Wesleyan College (DIII) for a summer, quit because I wanted to play at a bigger school with a chance to get a scholarship. Then transfered to WKU and walked on. Decided to get married and moved back to my hometown, got a job and started going to a local college (no football).

So I did play college football and didn't play college football too.

There's no way I'd do that.

I was lucky enough to make it through 9 & 1/2 years of playing organized tackle football without one major injury.

How friggin silly would it be for me to now go play a sandlot game and blow out my knee?

I'll stay retired thankyou and leave the crazies to have at it!
