Our interior Oline is trash. Every RB needs some semblance of competence up front to be productive.

Our OL isn't good, but pass pro is a bigger issue than run blocking. There are holes. Not huge holes, but there ware holes. Ajayi was bouncing outside instead of taking them.

Don't get me wrong, he's a good runner, but the combination of insubordination + lack of production will get you gone every time, no matter what the extenuating circumstances are.
