We will never know, but I do believe there was a possibility. I don't believe they push those interviews back unless they felt Harbaugh was an option.

From the Harbaugh standpoint no never was. Only reason we would even get a courtesy interview would have been Ross. Harbaugh wanted nothing to do with Miami

What part of it had nothing to do with this did you not understand? Thr only reason Harbaugh would even talk to us is Stephen Ross. Harbaugh and his family do not want to live in Miami. This was the case back when he went th the 49ers too. He has no interest in the area

Chambers, do you have any idea if McDaniel wants to join the team as the next HC, or is there another person the FO has in mind?
Once again, all those media reports that Harbaugh was coming to Miami or was going to be the next Vikings HC were nothing but lies.
Why anyone believes anyone in the sports media is beyond me. All of them just make up BS to get clicks and still some people believe everything these individuals post.
Hopefully in the future everyone will wait to see what actually happens before listening to any of these uninformed media hacks.

Unfortunately there were many posters on here who just didn’t want to accept that Harbaugh and his wife just don’t have any interest in living in South Florida. They are both from the Midwest and living and working in South Florida just isn’t something they want to do.
This had nothing to do with the Flores lawsuit. Because there had been no reports that Harbaugh was going to be interviewed for the job before the Flores lawsuit. The fact is he doesn’t want to live anywhere but the Midwest or maybe California and he will probably never even visit South Florida, much less live here.
Everything I've seen and heard point to McDaniel.
