Luck come a helping the Jets again

jets r the luckiest team i have ever seen. They get games handed to them by other teams and Snachez plays ehhh and no run game and somehow they pull it out of their butt to win. If that was us Romo doesnt fumble and never throws that last pick and we lose. And jason witten gets in the endzone on that long pass( that was soft BTW)

:lol2: Poor unlucky Dolphins. If only they could get all these breaks the Jets get. Every pass always goes for a TD against them, and the opposing QB never throws any picks. Why can't these teams hand games to them the way they hand them to the Jets??? It's just not fair!!! Eveyone knows they're just as good as the Jets ... they just can't seem to get any breaks. :rotfl1:

Oh How I Hate Them!! Stayed up too late watching that game last night, only to be seriously pissed at teh Cowgirls choke.

It's all luck, isn't it amazing how the best teams always seem to be the luckiest? hmmm, maybe they make their own luck?
You make your own "luck"............:)
How exactly do you make the opposing team's key players get bruised quadriceps / shoulders and cramps? How do you make the offensive coordinator call 2 consecutive passing plays (one leading to a fumble) when they are up by 7 and are on the Jets 2 yard line? How do you make a lineman allow your player to come through untouched to block a punt? Enjoy the win! I know I would if it were my team, but anyone who can't see that the Cowboys gave the Jets that game is a blind homer.

W/ luck, we are the luckiest team in the league. We practice luck which is why we have such good luck.

When Dallas makes msitakes it's lucky for the jets but when we threw an INT that sets up dal at the 1 and fumble at midfield that's great play from Dallas? How does that work exactly?

It's not just Romo, the Jets continue to play teams that all continue to make mistakes at the very end of the game.

So you're saying that the only time the Jets win, is because the other team gives it away?

That's embarrassing.

They're 1-0 and went to the AFC title game 2 years in a row. Hate them all we want, they're a good team.

You honestly can't see the difference? It is all about how they got the turnovers. One was due to poor decision making and one was due to good defense. In the 93 Dolphins Cowboys Thanksgiving game, the Dolphins had 4 turnovers, but got lucky when Lett made a stupid decision.

Dallas should have never been trying to throw up by 7 and on the Jets 2. Romo was trying to make a play and ran towards the defenders / endzone when he fumbled. When Sanchez fumbled he was chased down by the defender and Dallas made a play. The interception by Lee was a great pick and an even better return. The pick Revis got was thrown right at him. The Jets had a chance to earn more credit for the win with their last two drives, but couldn't do it with 2:16 left, and could only gain 2 yards after the pick forcing a 50 yard field goal. Kudos to Folk for nailing it, but the chance was given to him by Dallas.

so the Jets get no credit for forcing the Romo fumble and confusing Romo on the INT?

Yeah Junc ... what's wrong with you? Don't you get it??? Its HOW we got the turnovers. We didn't make any plays ... they were handed to us. Its not like Devito knocked the ball out of Romo's arm or anything like that. (and by the way these are the sme guys who were saying what a great play it was to knock the ball away from Big Ben last year --- but that wasn't a lucky play at all). But anyway ... what was Romo trying to do?? Score a TD? God knows, if Dallas just kicks a FG and we go down by 10 points we could NEVER win that game. Just imagine ... a whole 10 point lead. I don't think anyone has ever come back from THAT before.

Sure they do, but those plays were made more becasue of stupid decision than great play from the defense. It is not like Romo has not done this before. Just watch the plays and make a fair judgement. Just because you are a Jet fan does not mean that you have to make everything out for the Jets good. They got outplayed by Dallas and were given the game.

So, would you say it didn't matter How the Dolphins got that last turnover in the 93 Thanksgiving game? It was not a stupid decision by Lett? All the credit goes to the Dolphins? Hey, they still had to recover it right? It was not a stupid play at all.

If you can't see a difference with Romo's fumble and pick compared to Sanchez's fumble and pick, then you must have some green shades on as well.

If Dallas runs the ball 2 more times, they probably score. If not, they still kick the field goal and go up by 10. Seeing as how the Jets Offense could not do anything in the 4th (Other than when Jenkins was injured and off the field) I seriously doubt the Jets get the win.

The Lett play was something completely different. The game was over, if he doesn't go near that ball Dallas wins the game. That's very different than the bad decisions Dallas made last night.

It's a little different, but still makes the point that some turnovers are from great / good defensive plays and others are from bad play calling and bad decisions. Even if you forget Romo's fumble and the atrocious blocking on the punt, Romo's Int with 59 seconds to go handed the Jets the game. It was a horrible decision, and throw. The Jets had their chance to drive for the win twice, and could not.

They only had one drive w/ a chance for the win before the INT and the next possession where they kicked the FG.

Its a big conspiracy to have jets win and dolphins out of playoffs, why do u bother with these ppl on here junc just give it up u cant even have an intelligent disussion with them bc evrything jets do is all lucky. The dolphins are the best team in nfl and a lock for superbowl. The fans here are the most knowledgeable and know everythingggg about football, and henne is god.

That's because they were trailing most of the 4th. Other than that drive in the 4th when Jenkins was injured and off the field, the Jets offense couldn't do anything. The offense could have tied it after Romo's fumble, but ended up turning it over themselves. They could have driven for the game winner, but could only manage a short pass to Burress and LT. After that it was 5 straight incompletions from Sanchez. (one that was almost picked) He had chances to close it out, but did not. They needed a breakdown from the Cowboys to get a blocked punt and a gift wrapped int to get the win.

I tell it like it is. It has nothing to do with the Dolphins. I would be saying the same things had the Dolphins won the game like that.
