Sorry to see that Hewitt was waived, but I guess the injury was serious.
I thought he was quality depth.
I thought he was quality depth.
You forgot TankersleyAlso means that we have 9 rookies who made the roster (plus 2 on the injured reserve, McMillan and Ford)
- Chase Allen
- Isaac Asiata
- Davin Godchaux
- Matt Haack
- Charles Harris
- Torry McTyer
- Eric Smith
- Maurice Smith
- Vincent Taylor
What is also becoming increasingly clear is that Coach Gase and the leadership team of GM Chris Grier and EVP Mike Tannenbaum are investing in developing more youth and they don't care if they find it in the Draft or undrafted free agents.
How could I forget the Tank? He's one of my favorites. ThxYou forgot Tankersley
Tony Lippett (IR) -> Torry McTyer
Ted Larsen (half-season IR) -> Jesse Davis
Koa Misi (IR) -> Chase Allen
T.J. McDonald (suspended) -> Maurice Smith
i'm not saying our depth has been great, but you can see why we had some more UDFAs than usual.
Looks like jesse Davis made the roster. no surprise.

I'd keep Brendel, Smith and Allen for sure, those 3 stood out to me. After that they're mostly on the outside looking in, IMHO, but I would put Perry 4th.Brendel, Smith and Allen. Not even that close. Reilly would be 4th with Johnson and Perry 5th and 6th.
