****Official Free Agent Signings****

Problem is right now the Dolphins have 1.9 million in cap space. Not accounting for the Amendola and Wilson contracts. So they will have to cut, restructure or extend some players. Cutting Julius Thomas only frees up another 6.6 million. Restructuring Quinn can free up about another 5 million. Cutting Pouncey frees up another 7 million. Cutting Wake frees up another 8 million. So by signing Brown the Dolphins will either be taking a risk by restructuring or extending players contracts or will have to cut more players currently on the roster. The cap situation this year just isn't in good enough shape for the Dolphins to sign a bunch of players.

Breaking news.... Dolphins restructure entire team. Suh reportedly will continue to get paid by Dolphins on new deal, while playing on a vet minimum contract in New England.

Butler is highly overrated. Living off one lucky play he made in the Super Bowl a few years ago. Had the Seahawks not made that bone headed call, Butler would not have been over-hyped like he has been. Honestly don't think he would have changed the outcome of this years Super Bowl. The Titans are going to regret that contract.

Jets land top available ILB Avery Williamson

Jets agreed to terms with ILB Avery Williamson, formerly of the Titans.

Williams just turned 26 last week and was the top free-agent inside linebacker on the market. A 59-game starter for the Titans the last four seasons since being drafted in the fifth round, Williamson had a breakout 2017, grading out as Pro Football Focus' No. 3 inside linebacker, behind only Luke Kuechly and Bobby Wagner. Williamson received elite marks for his run defense.

Ozzy rules!!

With Williamson gone Miami has to draft a LB now. Not a bad thing but it makes it more prevalent they do so.
