I have never heard him say he had a preference either, but he did make a public statement about wanting a heads up on what the plan was for him.

I don't have a huge problem with it, but as a rule, I believe it's better to keep that kind of thing in house.
 
McDonald is a strong safety.
Also, if this thread is based on a PFF ranking, shouldn't it have an "opinion" tag?

Minkah is top of the league at slot and imo should be used often in a pass rushing role from the slot as well; or I should say, more often.

The Dolphins need a starting boundary corner and a backup boundary corner. Jalen Davis is a good prospect to backup both nickel and dime positions, but McTyre was terrible as well.

Minkah just needs a position to settle into and master. The previous regime failed him and the defense overall. Hell in one game he played a series minimum at all spots while the other starters sat. It’s bizarre really.

I for one want to see him at FS but if not then corner. To the OP: forget the slot. And forget your shock value posts.
