Dwyane Wade: I merit MVP consideration

The debate no longer is an abstract to Dwyane Wade.

Yes, the Miami Heat guard said, he should be mentioned alongside Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James and Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant in the Most Valuable Player discussion.

"Where I came from last year, people were writing me off," Wade said of his injury-plagued season that ended with the Heat a league-worst 15-67. "You've got some people who call it a two-man race, and you've got some people who say, 'Don't forget about D-Wade.'

"I'm just happy to be in the discussion. Coming from where I came from last year, my team winning 15 games to where we are now, it's a blessing."

Sad part is Kobe is only in the discussion cause his team is doing well. In reality the two man race should be between Dwyane and Lebron. Not hating on Kobe though he's a great player, but just not on the level of production of Wade or Lebron this year.

If we win today this will be the last time we won 2 games in a row inawhile.

Heat up by 15 with about 6 to go.

Barring anything catastrophic, they should win their 2nd in a row.
