49ers fans reaction to J.Martin

Yeah, knowing they've now got embedded in their midst a self-serving, underperforming coach's pet whose willingness to throw them under the bus for the sake of his own tenuous self-preservation will surely instill an enthusiastic confidence in his new teammates to be themselves around a proven soft jackal. Then throw in the media spotlight and likely need to tiptoe around his suicidal, mommy-controlled, drug-addled emotionally-fraught mindset for fear of offending him, setting him off through routine clubhouse verbal jousting/horseplay and/or being narked out, and I'm sure you've got the majority of the clubhouse enthusiastically on-board with this move, no matter what lipservice they may be encouraged to pay.

I hope they super glue his ass cheeks together and spray paint his coward ass chicken yellow. Hickey is a pimp for getting something in return for this locker room cancer.

Best city in the USA for Martin
If Key West or Provincetown had teams he'd fit in
with flying colors

Hickey knew the right franchise to call. Although, really, it was a no-brainer. Harbaugh and Baalke will be paraded through the streets for it.

she'll fit right in with the culture, momma is RIGHT THERE and Harbaugh was her college coach.

At least Martin is as far away from Miami as possible. The smell of a$$ just left Miami.

They will probably insert a football before they use the super glue...

In SF, I don't think using super glue as you imply is *legal*

That probably isn't the biggest thing that has been inserted there! Oh snap!

Yeah, them SF folks don't know a damn thing about how to build a winning football team ...ahem.
Given their recent success, I'm not sure how you can knock anything they do out there. Ironically, JM is likely closer to getting a SB ring than anyone on the Dolphins.

found this on a 49ers message board, really made me laugh http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=544057\

Notice the GIF that keeps playing over and over as you scroll down the screen

I really don't see the point in it. I don't love seeing Tannehill blindsided over and over in a GIF, which btw I already saw after the actual game,..just so I can read more more nonsense about Martin. I don't care about Martin at this point, he's gone, we've washed our hands of him, let's move on.

Wouldn't surprise me to see him cut in camp so they can keep their pick
agreed, i see this as nothing more than a PR move...

although I'd love for him to have a problem in their locker room too just so people see he's just a pu$$y with sue happy parents...

The departure of Jonathan Martin is what 95% of Finheaven members wanted. The vast majority of you saw Richie Incognito as the victim in the whole episode. It will be interesting to see if J-mart has the ability to make it in the NFL. To date I have seen very little to suggest that he has the physical strength and skills. However, he is motivated to prove he can make it and he will be closer to friends and family returning to California and will have a supportive coach prepared to give him a go.
What has happened is in the past but his depression can be readily treated with the right medication. I am still of the view that the combination of circumstances and personalities, J-mart didn't have a chance in Miami and he may be a lot better than many expect. It is interesting that the people who knew J-mart from his Stanford days were eager to get him.
