Feeley probably played himself out of contention for No. 1 by going 4-for-17 with an interception returned for a touchdown.

"It wasn't my night," Feeley said. "I've got to take responsibility for that and try to cut down on the mistakes."

Costly interceptions were a problem for the Dolphins last season. They threw eight that were returned for touchdowns, an NFL record, including five by Feeley.

Sounds Like He has given UP?????
Time to end the AJ Experiment as a LOST cause....Rick Speilman will never LOSE this Trade from his resume............

9 for 25 and a pick...those were Frerotte's stats TWO weeks ago when everyone, probably including you, thought he was done. Got to love that short term memory!

Which is the reason Spielman still doesnt have an NFL gig. I bet he is secretly working for Wanny somehow.

Its amazing that people on this board actually wanted him to stay.

NOT a Fan of either QB...

NOT really seeing much out of either QB after all of training camp and 5 Pre-season games now played...
Gus is only a care-taker QB....and That is all we have....sadly..

You could not have said that any better.

No its not the reason. NFL people understand why the trade was made. Its not different then a GM drafting a QB high & watching him fail.

It happens. RS will get the chance again.

He was put in a bad spot with a HC that was in a do or die season.

How does that sound like he has given up? Jeez man.. You all have some blood thirst. It sounds to me like he know he sucked on Thursday and is taking responsibility for it.. Which is in striking contrast to Gus, who blamed his receivers "not being on the same page" for his poor play.

The only reason why Gus will start is the vet experience. Not discounting that nor the fact that Linehan likes Gus. But Gus has done nothing in teh preseason to instill this confidence. No he didnt play bad thurs, he didnt play long enough for that to happen. Which was by partial design.

How`s this...???

The AJ trade is looking worse and worse with every game. I still cant believe Spielman was that stupid to give up a 2nd round pick for a 3rd string former 5th round pick. so basically AJ cost us the 34th pick and TO cost the Eagles the 63rd pick. how does this compute?

Honestly, Id rather have AJ than the cancer known as TO for a 2nd round pick. The Eagles are about to freefall, mark my words.

They came in two different drafts & Philly had to wait a year for their pic while SF/Balt got theirs the same year.

Miami basically traded a 3rd for AJ if you take away the years wait.

yeah, except for the fact that that was against Tampa's #1, and Feeley miserable game was against ATL 2's and threes.....big difference

but they didn't, you can look at it anyway you want, but a 2 is a two..........

To you. By the chart a future 2 is equivalent to a current third. So a current 2 is equivalent to a future 1. You may not want to see it that way, but that is what the trade chart value says. The higher rd is the incentive to wait on compensation. But has that equivalency.
