you would have no tds if not for a elite level presnap read and throw for the td play...but i will take my lumps now and own this down the road like what usually happens...he missed a vertical on a double move by wallace where he did everything right but complete it...it sucked...mathews dropped a great read on a crosser that may have gone for 30 yards on a critical 3rd down play...we called garbage on 3rd down 2 other times at the like 50...

the defense couldn;t get the damn ball back...whatever you guys blame the qb i know whats up...that first pick was a damn slip on the break by wallace otherwise conversion...the 2nd pick he tried to make a play in front of the coverage defender threw it high maybe forced it tipped ball down 10 ok reed picks it...the 3rd pick was wallace not getting depth limping...that's the damn truth watch it again if need be...

losing hartline meant they could roll cro over mathews and tannehill had no faith in that matchup went away from it religiously...deirdorfs dumb ass said on the first drive the ball down the seam to clay was porely placed he was wrong as usual there is a defender underneath it he has to throw it high over the top like he did or it's an easy pick...

I'm sorry but the defense was horrible these last 2 games, no one can deny that! Please they played against Thad Lewis and geno smith and could not stop them! I love how all the tannehill bashers point out the over throws or under throws but don't mention any of the drops.

How the hell do you identify the correct blitzer when the other team sends eight guys through our swiss cheese line. The problem is with the line and running backs identifying the blitzers. Even if HE points them out, he can't block them.
 
Hoops admit ur wrong.. You think you are some expert! You sit in it basement playing ****ibg madden and think u know everything about football.. Tannehill sucked today again.. He may be a good NFL qb one day, but now he is a big part of the reason this team sucks. Sherman and the staff deserve more blame. What's ur excuse for him sliding short of the first down on the biggest 3rd down of his career??
Did u see Aaron Rodgers run for a first down with a token collarbone today? He dove forward to get the first down. In so sick if ur excuses, and know it all attitude. Just admit tannehill sucked today. I wish he was the guy but he lacks the t factor always has always will. Wonder why his team blew so many leads in college?? He doesn't have it. But all you do is make a new excuse every week.

Pre snap reads yay!! Too bad that is all he does one read qb, can't adjust. You sound very ridiculous ur reChjbg to justify ur crap. He made one play the whole game and u act like it was amazing.

Anyone that thinks Tannehill is the problem is clueless. Mike Sherman is the problem. Scoring a combined 7 points against the lowly Bills and Jets with the playoffs on the line is a joke. Sherman is a terrible play caller. He loves to run the ball on 2nd a long and consistently put us in 3rd and long situations. That is not favorable for an offense that has a depleted WR core. I would like to see Philbin get one more year but with new coordinators. The D and O have been underperforming. Then again Philbin hired them so I can't be upset if he gets the boot. I would love to see our offense with a coach like Chip Kelley calling the play(I know we are not getting chip kelley, I'm just saying someone like him). A young innovative coach is exactly what we need in Miami. I am tired of these old school extremely predictable offensive coordinators.

Just trying to look at this objectively......

Tannehill just finished his 2nd year. Here is a comparison against a couple of other QB's after year two....

QB CMP% YDS TD INT Rating

Tannehill 60.4 3913 24 17 81.7

Dalton 62.3 3669 27 16 87.4

Brady 62.1 3764 28 14 85.7

I don't think it is time to panic about the QB yet.......lets give him another year.....

I agree. I would like for him to be more consistent but I think he has a future here. People need to stop worrying about our QB, and bash the coaches. We need a RB and OL. Tannehill is the least of our problems

and here's another one...i will surely admit when i am wrong...but until then it won't happen...like the op said in nfl circles tannehills a baller...am i upset about what happened today??? sure...very much so

In NFL circles, Wallace gets open deep every other play because defenses are smart enough to dare us to throw that pass. They know Tannereach cant hit that pass. It allows them to play up a little more and guard against those comeback routes he throws well.

Scouts can say whatever. The proof is in the pudding. Coordinators and defenses do not fear Hennehill. Until he hits a few of those passes it will stay that way.
