And yet they still couldn't turn up for the Bills-Dolphins game.

Horrible fans. It's not like they have anything else to do up there. Buffalo is horrible. As for KC, they absolutely have loyal fans. This is where a basic understanding of business and demographics comes in handy. It doesn't even take any college courses, since it's mostly common sense. What are the demographic differences between a place like KC and a place like Miami? In KC, you have a bunch of fans who were born and raised KC fans. Most have families who have lived in the area for generations and many haven't even stepped foot outside of the state or maybe it's surrounding states in their lifetimes (I spent more than enough time in the midwest and south to know this is largely the case). I need to look into it, but I'm betting that they had sellout problems during their down seasons despite all that, and if they had a decade of it, they'd be having to worry about blackouts as well. That's one thing that transcends demographics.
Meanwhile, you have the population of Miami, in which something like only 20% have been born there. The rest are immigrants and northern transplants. Add in the fact that there is a hell of a lot more to do in Miami for entertainment, other sports that have successful teams to spend your money on, and a team that has been **** for well over a decade and this is what you get. And yet still they sell more tickets than the bills did at the end of the year. Are they going to compete with KC? Of course not. At least not for ticket sales. They never will unless they rebuild a perennial playoff team. Profitability? Miami is still the more profitable team despite being less successful over the past decade (16th vs 20th respectively). Miami still manages to have a larger national and international fanbase. Why? It's Miami.
As for predictions, I made mine pretty clear at the beginning of the season in the staff predictions. I continue to give this team too much credit apparently. It is funny that you lambast other fans for being disappointed, then go on to express your disappointment in the team and specifically Tannehill. A bit hypocritical.
The only joke about this fanbase is fans from other parts of the country blasting the local fanbase. Put your money where your mouth is. If you didn't go to nearly every home game this season, you are full of ****. "I go to one game every year but can't get the time to go to others," "Oh, I'm poor, I can't afford the plane tickets." Excuses.
