A real question for all Bill fans....

fin-atic said:
First I am amazed that only one Bills fan actually answered the question used to start this post.

Next, 47 yard FGs are made all the time in the NFL. At this level and at that caliber of game you have to make it.

And finally, Justasportsfan, Miami has been selling out every home game for the last three years, that "Fans don't show" BS is old and tired. We show and we win.

We don't sell out every game, what are you talking about?

One disappointment after another. Yet you gotta admire how loyal we are inspite of these let downs. Hpw about finfans? Any chance you guys might wanna show up for your games? The Eagles fans want their team to play the fins every year
Its tough to admire how loyal your fans are when you guys are constantly making stupid comments like phin fans dont go to their games. Its amazing to me that Bills fans show up in this forum and talk smack when they got swept last year.

and we swept you the year before. What's your point? We're you even posting here when Proplayer's colors were orange and "green" ? I rememeber how finfans were balsting each other for not showing up. Ahh, the good old days. I'm sure it'll happen again :D

Here is 2002 and 2003:

We don't always sell out in time for TV, but we fill the place.

By the way Buffalo for the same years:

8 47,850 547,702 68,463 73,319 584,122 73,015 (+ 7%)

Roughly the same capacity.

I am still looking for 2004 but I know it is equally strong. Fact: is we OUT DREW the Bills!

The defense rests. Now shut up Bills fans.

I think Vj's point is he has not been on a B.B site recently talking smack after his team was swept two year's ago. Yeah..... THAT IS THE POINT! I asked this question because I could not believe how hard that would have been to stomach.....The only place I can run into Bill fans seems to be on this Board. Never meant it to be smack...... just seems any talk between Bill fans and Phin fans turns ugly quickly.

Bills fans didnt even sell out the Jim Kelly "Wall of fame " game against Seattle. I remember, I went to College up there. Dont tell us how loyal Bills fans are!!!!!!!!!!

By the way.....Nov. 18th 2001 Jim Kelly induction to the Bills Wall of fame
ATTENDANCE 60,836
Now I dont know how many people the Ralph held back then, b/c it has be renovated, but that same year at home against the Dolphins the ATTENDANCE at the Ralph for that game was
73,063

LOYAL....OK!!!!!!!

In the midst of a 3-13 season, I dont think someone would buy tickets to see the Seahawks over tickets to see the Dolphins just because of a halftime show.

The Daryll Talley Wall of Fame game last year vs. Washington sold out, and 4, almost 5 games are already sold out this year for a team that was 6-10 last year. (Sold out games are the Jets, Jags, Phins and Pats)

Unrelated note, but I was at that Darryl Talley WoF induction game. That ceremony broke the Unintentional Comedy Scale (read ESPN's Bill Simmons if you don't know) as we know it. Ralph Wilson meandered on (at about three words per minute) for all but the last couple minutes of halftime, so that when Talley came out to accept his award, the Redskins and Bills were practicing around him for the second half. I'm laughing right now just remembering it.

Yeah, I remember that. Ralph needs to pick up the pace. :D

Oh, puhlease. You can deny it all you want. Although not every finfan is a fairweathered fan, they are however known to be one of the most fairweathered fans in the league.
