Having seen leaders in the Army (and also having been one as a SSG) I saw a big difference when I entered the civilian world between leaders and managers. Leaders inspire those around them and they have a clear vision of where they want an organization to go, managers not so much. Managers will be able to account for each bean but don't have the ability to show you how to grow the beans.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear Gase has just signed an extension.

Gase needs an elite QB, like the majority of NFL coaches. He also needs a better defensive scheme/coordinator. Problem is he thinks he's fine with Tannehill and Burke, that we're just a tweak and a few less injuries away. There is no point in continuing on this path.
