All in favor of Rivers in the first say aye!

I will say this, I won't be as disappointed if we take him in the first as I would have before today. I'd still prefer to trade down & get him, Losman, or a WR.

As far as I am concerned his one problem is consistent accuracy on the deep ball and that can be fixed very easily.

You guys are overrating the Senior Bowl a bit. Let's wait till combine.

At this point Rivers is probably rated as a very late 1st rounder. A solid combine and ya he is at our spot.
 
No Infinsible I think everything you say is silly. You are acting as if it's automatic a player does well at combine.

At the combine they look at placement of ALL the passes in the route tree.

At the combine, QB's are really measured on accuracy and decision making.

Our boy is in like flint.

I bet he doesn't participate. He has so much to lose now with a poor showing. He won't prove that he can bench 400lbs either(I'm assuming since none of the QBs last year did the bench).
