Apparently no logo change for us

Well here is my redesign. I went with Gladsadmads color scheme and used the San Jose Sharks logo as inspiration. I am open to tweak it if the ideas are good.

Now that is some impressive work. I really like it, but it wouldn't be as recognizable from far away as the current profile of the dolphin. Again, great creativity and production.

Nice work! However, I am not sure if it will function well as a logo. The angle of the Dolphin will make it hard to recognize at a distance.

It would be a great alternate though with some tweaks. (not digging the orange eye so much.) Also, I realize that is a very tough angle to draw something in, but the foreshortening isn't right to my eye. Almost looks like a midget dolphin...

Like I said I am open to tweaking to. I might have to make the upper portion bigger and the tail and fluke smaller. Can't do much about the dorsal fin though, because of the angle. Hell it might be the colors aren't balanced right. I will play with it some more once I get to work tonight.

i would make the eye white instead of orange

the orange is in the distant background, where it belongs.

i have no idea why some of you are so hung up on looking like the broncos or old tampa bucs.

and besides, ORANGE was NEVER a team color. our true original colors are AQUA and CORAL!!

if you look at orange and coral together, much different. much better! but AQUA is the dominant color and needs to stay that way.

teal is ok [as they are trying to pass off as aqua] but the orange, at least in anything other than SLIGHT accents, has NO PLACE in our unis.

STOP TRAMPLING ON TRADITION!!!!

Im not saying that we should forget the past... because id love us to wear the throwbacks more, its awesome looking... but we have to move on... we evolve over time... we can't just sit with the old, we need a newly made logo (not the throwback) and maybe a new color combo... like more aqua on aqua... and as an alternate have orange on aqua... its 2012 for Pete's sake, the old uni's aren't going to give us the old glory back from those days.

Solid job on that dolphin, DisturbedShifty. I agree with those who said to just change the eyes to white and probably make the dorsal larger.

The disgrace here is that anyone gives a shiite what the uniforms or logo looks like. What is this, Queer eye for the straight guy?

All of this crap including throw back jerseys is just so companies like Nike can make more money off of us fans. Funk them and the uniforms they rode in on.
