Are we really Missing Mike Nolan???

Nolan was good not great.. He ended up having alot more young talent than Paul Pasqualoni did. We had trouble with average qb's and sometimes **** qbs with him as our DC. We were good against the run but were pretty horrible at times against the pass..We could not manufacture a pass rush. You look at all the picks and Fa signings on the D side of the ball and Nolan's d was a bit underwhelming at times.

Don't forget about the Browns game. I liked Nolan but this is one of the reason I won't miss him too much. Great coordinator but man when the 4th quarter came around, the defense just lacked that clutch factor to seal the game. Defense just seemed to go into conservative mode.

Which makes him a great fit with Matty and the Falcons.
