Re-signing your own solid players was and is the priority for this front office. That sends a pretty strong message that if you work hard and perform, we will take care of you. Not many teams do that and I am glad to see the Trifecta use this approach.
Quite honestly the only transactions I have seen that are what I think are at value is the signing of Crowder, Bell and Wilson (soory Carey fans, I thought we paid a little to much) and the robbery that the Chiefs got when they fleeced the Pats.
Build through the draft, add a few vet mid tier F/A's and take care of your own. How can you dispute that?
